I know prices are rising, but I was a little stunned when my boss and I ordered 2 hot ham and cheese sandwiches and 2 vanilla shakes and the cashier said 20.08.... my favorite sandwich is the hot ham and cheese. I enjoy the large round sesame bun, the cheese dripping out if it, and of course the thin sliced ham. None of this is true anymore. The bun is the now popular yellow style dark top bread that reminds me of potato bread. The cheese didn't drip out from the sandwich,...

The drive-through was somewhat difficult to find, and the staff didn't seem to care to be there, I understand that. Regardless, it wasn't a great customer service experience. It wasn't terrible by any means, either.
