Two orders in a row seriously messed up. First time they ran out of bread and we weren’t notified until I’d waiting 30 minutes for my Online order. I canceled parting the order and was given an apologetic refund. This evening we ordered salads. One was not edible because it was chopped so much it became mush. Took it back to the store and was reluctantly given a refund. The other salad wasn’t much better and ended up being thrown away. Will not eat there again. Evening shift needs a Competent manager.

What happened to the old Palmyra Subway? This used to be the best subway around and made decent sandwiches I went to get our sandwiches this evening and they were pitiful. They usually are really hearty with veggies and worth driving 45 minutes to get a sandwich not anymore.

The past few times I have ordered here my bread has been stale and overcooked.
Proportions have been irregular. Ive had too much mayo, too much meat, or too much lettuce. I shouldn’t be able to taste only bread and one other flavor.
Believe it is due to the complete change of employees. Have been trying to give the new workers a chance but have been dissatisfied every time.
Will not be ordering at this subway again. Couldn’t even eat my sandwich.

The point of ordering online is to be able to pick up and go. I was on a rush traveling through ready to grab a quick bite so I ordered ahead of time and they waited to tell us they were out of the type of bread we order and waited until we were here to make sure the only kind they had was ok. Why do I have to give you my phone number and email if you’re not going to use it?
