It's my impression Jacs will be closing as soon as someone buys the place, but I don't know for sure, I was thinking the building is for sale or at least it was. The menu is extensive with both American and Mexican food options but the food is not amazing by far. I've always had friendly service and the restaurant has always been very clean including the bathrooms.

Visited this location while on a weekend trip from Kansas City. Food was blah and dry. Service was horrible. Had to ask for drink refills and sauce for chicken tenders. Waiter even brought us the wrong order and didn't apologize.

Have been to this place several times and have never had a bad experience! Great selection of delicious food, and the service is always great as well! Never have to ask for refills on drinks or chips, they are always making sure you are topped off!

I have to rate this place right in the middle. Haven't got my food yet but waitress is not attentive to myself or others here. Except for the ones drinking alcohol.
Our waitress didn't bring everything that I had ordered and she also didn't ask us if we needed anything else when she brought us our food, so I had to go chase her down and ask for what she had forgotten and ask for some extra napkins which both I would have asked for if she had checked with us when she brought us our food instead of just sitting our plates down and running off. Other than that we liked everything else about the establishment and would refer other's to go there. This is not our waitress, but he was waiting on other tables and he seemed to be doing his job pretty well from what I could hear and see.

Great food 👌👌! Really liked the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and the fresh cut fries were really good. Prices are reasonable and portions were decent. Would definitely recommend you stop by.
