It's my impression Jacs will be closing as soon as someone buys the place, but I don't know for sure, I was thinking the building is for sale or at least it was. The menu is extensive with both American and Mexican food options but the food is not amazing by far. I've always had friendly service and the restaurant has always been very clean including the bathrooms.
Have been to this place several times and have never had a bad experience! Great selection of delicious food, and the service is always great as well! Never have to ask for refills on drinks or chips, they are always making sure you are topped off!
Our waitress didn't bring everything that I had ordered and she also didn't ask us if we needed anything else when she brought us our food, so I had to go chase her down and ask for what she had forgotten and ask for some extra napkins which both I would have asked for if she had checked with us when she brought us our food instead of just sitting our plates down and running off.
