Owner is great and very knowledgeable of Missouri wines. Enjoyed the wine tasting and conversation.
This place was the highlight of our trip. The host, Skip, was incredibly hospitable to our 2 daughters and even let our dog roam around with his dogs around the property. We brought in food, did some tastings, and had a blast.
Really enjoyed our time here. The owner is an interesting character who really knows his stuff. The wines were very good. Sadly, the brewing part of the operation has been shuttered.Really loved the rustic appeal of the tasting area. All constructed by the owner. Well worth the trip!!
Ed (Skip) is one of the funniest persons I have ever known. Gloria and Skip (owner) are simply salt of the Earth and know their trade. It's a beautiful spread, and had so much fun with them and all the neighbors on many occasions. Ed and Gloria provide a gracious, funny, and a hometown atmosphere. It's been 3 years since I was last there, but attended 4 or 5 of their grape harvesting events that was cause for much rejoicing.
This is a hidden gem. Good tasting wines. Stopped by after a hike at Mina Sauk Falls. Our pooch enjoyed roaming free on a quiet afternoon. Nice chat with the owner too. Building and grounds are spot on. Everyone please visit.
This is one of my favorite spots in the area. I absolutely enjoy just sitting around bullshiting with skip. The dogs are in charge, and they offer both craft beer and wine.

Our favorite winery. A hidden gem for sure. I the beers and my wife loves the wine, the two older guys that run the place are awesome to talk to and the place is nice and clean.
