45 minutes wait to get food, when we did it was cold and had a film like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. The plates were warmer than the food. Asked for no tomatoes...

Really great coffee and good food. Stopped by here after a campout and it totally hit the spot. Seems a little understaffed so you might have long wait times during rushes.

Horrible service!!! Waited for 10 mins after seating to be looked over continuously. Another group of people came and they were greeted instantly and got drinks we waited for someone to come over no one ever did they made sure to fill up the coffees at the table RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. I will never be back. My children and I enjoyed eating breakfast there but considering this is the second time I’ve had issues there with their lousy service it’s a done deal. Completely unacceptable and poor customer service.

My friend from NEPA and I had to try this diner. She is ALWAYS correcting the menu that says a Philly cheesesteak sandwich is NOT with peppers, mushrooms, or any cheese other than cheese whizz! Check Pat’s or Gino’s in Philly, they’ll show ya the real thing. This place was great. The head chef came out to talk with her because she was the first person to correct the menu since he began. He’s from Philly, himself. What a wonderful gentleman! Our fabulous waitress took EXCELLENT care of us, everyone was friendly. Food fantastic! I got the BTL on sourdough. Three pieces of sourdough, mind you. Oh my gosh. I failed to take any photos. My beloved friend got a crispy chicken wrap. That sucker was UGE!👀 Delicious, as well! Top notch place!

Factory Diner (all 3) are the best for all day breakfast AND comfort food. Have not had anything we didn't love.
Waitresses are top notch.

I wanted a BLT for breakfast, the server said it was a lunch item.
But went and asked the cook and he said " he wasn't firing up the grill"
To make one . But I had toast and bacon with my breakfast... Not really sure why I couldn't have mayo , lettuce and tomato??

Last night the breakfast restaurant said their outdoor seating was open. Today they wouldn't let us use it... 2-hour drive! ☹️

The food was good, large portion. Service not so much, had to ask for our beverages multiple times, there were only a couple other people in the restaurant, so it was not because staff was busy. Never offered a fill up. Went up to pay and server was sitting behind bar on cell phone. It was not set up like a 50s style diner. It was more a bar and grill looking place. Overall disappointing

We've eaten at both Factory Diner locations in Farmington, and prefer #1 over #2 ... but THIS location, here in Park Hills, is now our favorite! The service was friendly and quick (we REALLY needed that first cup of coffee this morning!), the food was very good, the seating in our booth was comfortable (and there was plentiful seating when we were there), and the radio station playing in the background was great ("cool oldies"!!!). My wife had eggs & bacon & French toast (combo plate), and I had eggs & bacon & pancakes (different combo plate), and it was all prepared very nicely: eggs as we'd each specified, crispy bacon, and still-warm French toast and pancakes, respectively. Overall, we'll make the drive from Farmington to Park Hills the next time we're looking for an early breakfast!!

I recently took my 5-year-old nephew here for his birthday breakfast, and I can't say enough good things about our visit. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food arrived promptly, and the portions were generous! I particularly want to commend our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) for her kindness and the amazing interaction she had with my nephew. She truly made his day special. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience!
