I travel from Leavenworth, KS to Missouri just to eat at this BK. I highly recommend dining here before 3pm. The day shift is what makes this location.

Update since Owner/Corp tried to contact me, I don’t have anything to say to them because I’m not trying to get anything.
The employees were all great, and all working, they tried to make up for the delay with cookies. Which helped my mood but the damage was already done. What I lost can’t be replaced. I went in to get fast food, assuming it would be quick. Instead it took 15 to 20 minutes longer than expected and I missed part of my sons baseball game. I assume management/scheduling is to blame.
Original review: Slower than sit down service restaurants, been here twenty minutes the people in front of me still don’t have their food yet. This is ridiculous.
I haven’t had fast food in a year and now I remember why.

I typically don’t do this kind of stuff but I’m just fed up. I live just down the road from this, lovely establishment. I can place an online order, be there in 10 minutes. Not made, be there in 20, not made.. be there in 5. Not made. EVEYTIME I have to pull around and wait. However today. When I pulled up 15 minutes after placing my order, I was told the items I ordered were no longer being sold. Okay. Well I already paid for them on the app can I get something in place? He says let me ask. He walks away then a lady comes to the window and asks me to pull around and starts to close the window, I try to ask what they will replace. And she continues to say oh they found some and closes the window. Oh okay. I pull around. She brings out the food 10 minutes later, tells me have a good day and walks away after handing me bag. Before i could even say thank you she skipped back into the building. Not even to mention to her I never got my drinks, and upon further inspection of my over-full bag, I was also missing my son’s nuggets. So I have him in the back seat, I have to pull around. Ask for my drinks and my missing food. Handed me my drinks said sorry, I said thank you until she continued to tell me to have a good day and shit the window again. I yelled out I still didn’t have my nuggets. This is not just a one time thing. In fact we’ve avoided Burger King and started eating Taco Bell chicken nuggets because of the service here. Do better.

Today my friend and I went to buy burgers and the establishment was closed for no reason, it only served cars. We knocked and no one answered us and when they finally opened they served us old fries and the burger was horrible. It was cooked in a kind of steam or reheated in some way, something I have never seen like that in any Burger King. Usually they are nice, but today, honestly, it was a disappointment. Unfortunately, there is nothing else nearby to eat.
