The experience is truly what wins the cake here.
We started with their special soup a butternut squash with what I believe was maple and maybe brown sugar. It reminded me of the holidays: comforting, warm, and absolutely delicious.
Our second appetizer was the Ris de Veau. I wanted to expand my palate… and unfortunately, that was not my best idea. I’m not picky at all, but this dish just wasn’t for me and ours was slightly undercooked....

My husband and I had such a great experience here tonight. Sarah was amazing and understood food allergies so well. There was no dedicated gluten free menu but they were able to accommodate me and make adjustments to things if needed. The woman at the table next to me also had a different type of food allergy and from what I heard they were very accommodating to hers as well. Everything was so delicious and cooked to perfection. This is our new favorite restaurant in Parkville....

Dinner was as good as advertised. We started with the snails; delicious and meaty. My wife had the scallops, which were prepared with a delicious bacon bourbon jam. I had the Lamb and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly.
Ended our evening with probably the best Crème Brûlée we’ve ever had.
Service was excellent....
