Placed an order for delivery at 5:15. Called around that time to check as their tracker still showed it at the store. Was told it was ten minutes out. Called 15 minutes later and was told it just left the store. Called another 15 minutes later to receive a person in a fake voice call me sweetie and honey, saying I needed to be taken care of, then when I asked to be talked to appropriately they hung up.Talked to a manager who said they had drivers call out and that is how this person always talks.Very dissatisfied with the lack of respect and customer service.

Its not hard to see why this place is failing with you order and it takes over an hour to start making the deliveries. DOMINOS PAY YOUR DRIVERS.

Let’s start by saying I only live about 7 minutes away from this location. I ordered two pizzas and wings, both pizzas were burnt around the edges and the pizzas were so cold by the time I got them the cheese was congealed. The wings were pretty terrible as well. The delivery driver also had an attitude when she was handing me the food at the door, like it was inconvenient for her todo her job. I reported the issue on their website and I was offered two different choices, 60 points for added to my account or 20% off my next order. Like what makes you think I’m going to ever order from them again. Terrible food and terrible service, I will never return to this location again and just proves why I haven’t ordered Dominos in years. Go to PapaJohns or PizzaHut!!

Food delivered promptly and fresh. Martha was also very sweet. Great customer service was given by her. The food always taste great and is always fresh from this location. I ordered my fave tonight, their Parmesan Chicken Sandwich. So yummy! Bon appetite!

Got off my shift 1.5 hours late. Was hoping to buy me n the kids dinner sadly at 11:20 pm tonight. I was told she would have to take all the ingredients out. She slammed her items out. She refused to take the money I held out to her. I told her no thanks we don’t want it anymore. The dirty looks were beyond mean. I’m writing corporate tomorrow because I am staying 20 minutes away in the country and this was one of the few open options. So I drove all this way for nothing. Single mom and her kids have no food at our hotel tonight. You guys deserve no stars.
Filthy establishment probably because the employees would rather get high and skateboard right outside of the establishment instead of work I’m sure the surrounding businesses don’t care to see that either

They are horrible! I don’t recommend ordering from them. They never make the pizzas right and they never have the pizza done when the app says it’s finished. I would recommend getting pizza from another place or pick a different location.

They still suck. Not only can't make to order 3 pepperoni pizzas (end up with 2 and some funky cheese looking pizza) they also forgot the garlic knots. Called to ask them to send it, got put on hold then they hung up on me. I tried back 3 times before someone answered again and said they are making it now and will have it delivered soon. HORRIBLE customer service. Hopefully this Domino will go out of business because they make the chain look extremely bad. And who ever is the manager tonight (10/21/23) you don't hang up on someone just because you don't want to talk. I didn't yell or scream about nothing, I was nice and trying to explain what happened and the best she could do was hang up on me. AVOID AT ALL COST. Maybe the good employees can go to Pizza Hut and the bad can get cut loose if this branch goes under.
