A bowl of premium white pepper jack cheese, mushrooms and other secret ingredients! Served with warm tortilla chips.
Quesadillas
We have the largest selection in town! All are 2 flour tortillas stuffed with a blend of cheeses, grilled and served with sour cream. (Pico de gallo upon request) Take your time deciding, they are all great! Fajita options include peppers and onions.
Sampler Platter
The perfect solution when you can't choose just one! Half of a quesadilla of your choice(excludes carne asada and shrimp), a half bowl of queso or rancho grande dip, one nacho shell and three mozzarella sticks. Served with jalapenos and sour cream upon request.

As much as I always enjoy the food here., I’m appalled at the attire worn by staff. The girls and boys wear those short shorts which are not appropriate in a restaurant. It’s worse when they’re obese. It’s just plain gross.

We have been going to Rancho from the first day they opened when our son's were in boy scouts. The owners have always been committed to good food, good service and the best Margaritas on the planet!! Say hi to Joe and Jamie when you go.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Question? The #5 Cinco de Mayo is listed in your website as $12.89. Last night I was charged $18.39. Inflation? 😔 Thanks for GREAT service, GREAT food, the BIGGEST chips this side of the Mississippi, and for employees that are "on it".
