Not sure what’s going on with this location, as I go here all the time. It’s right down the street from my house, which makes it very convenient. But here lately, there has been a drop off in the quality and quantity of their food and drinks. The drink I received today, was handed to me. I noticed it was wrong, so I notified the person at the window. She recognized that it was wrong, and demanded it back. I thought this was odd, as I was already holding it, and had put a straw in it. But she stated, in order for me to get my correct order, I must give it back. Which I complied, just thought that was weird. They are also only giving three donuts, when it used to be more in a plastic container. Now it’s in a bag, and are giving out less. There are lost of places to get coffee and food. I would skip this place, as I will not be returning.

Been a regular here for a little while but I've been noticing a lot of food issues usually on the weekends (so I stopped going on the weekends) and I ordered this morning and both of my drinks taste like soap. Husband also confirmed this taste as well and I don't have time to go back through the line about it. Might be time to take a break from Scooters and trying out Caribou.
However, I do like when the lady with shorter hair and glasses is working, that's when I know my order is going to be good and she is always so nice and caring, I could have a decent conversation with her (if there isn't anyone behind me ofc). I hope they treat her good.

I come to this Scooters way too much but every time, the baristas are incredibly friendly and efficient. I've never had a bad drink or bad experience. This crew is the best!

Just ordered a cold brew with light ice and they filled the cup up 3/4 of the way. You’d think for $7 they would fill it all the way up, but guess not… I’ll go to caribou next time
Husband is diabetic and ordered sugar free vanilla blender drink. They proceeded to give him very obviously not sugar free cappuccino blender. We brought it back and they then argued that none of their drinks are really sugar free bc he makes them with ice cream base (weird bc it should have been with almond milk and dairy free). Yeah, there is a huge and obvious difference in blood sugar spikes with non sugar free drinks so if you are putting sugar in drinks for people who specifically tell you not to then you are doing something wrong and can make a diabetic super sick. Milk wasn’t even the whole problem- the problem is we call could immediately tell the difference and no it was NOT a sugar free vanilla. We order this drink a LOT and know what it tastes like. After deciding not to waste more time arguing husband then said he would just take an black iced coffee and the guy gave him a hot coffee - Will be the last time we go here.

I enjoy Scooters and was excited to see one open up close to me. I know this place is still new and there are always going to be mistakes when it comes to the food service, but I have yet to order from this location where there wasn't some mess up with my order. Just this morning, I ordered a matcha green tea smoothie with mango flavoring and got the smoothie with no flavoring in it whatsoever. I also found a very long brown hair in the maple sandwich(I have black.short hair) I ordered as well. The previous time I ordered, I was given a different sandwich than what I asked and my drink order was wrong. Again, mistakes happen and I usually just deal with my order being wrong, but I don't think I've ever ordered from here where my order was correct. I'll likely take a break from going to this particular location for awhile and hopefully things get better.
