Went to smoothie king today. The employee was rude so i didn’t tip, the worker then decided to take 20 minutes to take my smoothie. I was the only one in the store and there was one person in the drive through.

I went here a couple weeks back and this store was disgusting. I waited in the drive thru forever with no service. I went inside there was only one person working and a trail of ants from the door to the kitchen. There were more bugs than employees in plain site. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and could have sworn I saw a grub/maggot? Definitely a worm of some sort in my smoothie?!?!??!??! There was no manager to speak with on duty and the employee looked like a teenager. I will NEVER go here again. How has this place not been shut down???
This is the SECOND time lately that the store is just not open in the morning. I was told the first time it was because the opener overslept. Don’t bother coming here and definitely don’t order ahead or you’ll be charged for nothing.
