We waited for more than 20min at the drive thru for 2 items, we were the only customer at the entire store. When I was handed my first item, I asked if it would be much longer for my 2nd item because I was in a hurry ( had already waited 10min for 1st item, 2nd item was acai bowl). They took another 10min. I don’t know what it was but like I said store was empty, I will not be going back to this location. Also they were out of bananas and Yougurt pretzels on a Sunday ! I went from ordering 4 items down to 2 !

Today I went to this smoothie king and the young lady working was incredible. She was so polite and working so hard to be by herself and she did have a crowd I am assuming from veteran's day special. She absolutely ROCKED it. You could never see her get frustrated running the drive through the inside lobby and the on line orders. For her to be by herself and this isn't the first time I have been here and she is very polite and she is ALWYAS by herself. Handles the crowd amazing. I was there around noonish today. I only had to wait a few minutes for the amount of people there was there. I would go back as long as she is working. KIDDOS TO YOU YOUNG LADY

Went to smoothie king today. The employee was rude so i didn’t tip, the worker then decided to take 20 minutes to take my smoothie. I was the only one in the store and there was one person in the drive through.

I really see the staff changing and the service is getting much better you can tell the new manager is really making big changes!
