I’m just done with this location. It’s by far the worst sonic location in town. I’ve been going here for over 15 years but in the past year or so, it’s just gotten consistently worse. The prices are outrageous for the portions you get, the food is always stale, and wait times should not be classified as “fast food”. I waited 25 minutes for a small chicken bites and small mozzarella sticks…both of which were stale and barely edible. The time I visited last, I got a breakfast burrito that was filled with a tiny spoonful of egg inside a giant tortilla. I’m just done. I’ll drive a little further and go to McDonald’s.

I've been going to this Sonic in parkville for 20 years now the first service I've ever had my entire life that was pitiful I won't go back there they don't honor their apps it's a third party app is what we were told and it's not our fault that it don't work never again

Went through the drive up ordered 6 inch Chili cheese Coney, small order of mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce in a large Coke light ice repeat myself twice even the Marinara sauce I ordered twice on the repeat. I checked my order before I left the drive up never did get my marinara sauce so I had to ask for it. and the lady who took an order, said you have to ask for it when you order I’m like I did twice. Then she wanted me to take a survey no I don’t even know why she was asking because of the crappy service she gave in the first place. I understand you made me new. It’s hard to train people I get it. I hope she gets a chance to Improve

Every time I visit this Sonic location, the service is extremely rude and the drinks are watery and completely lack flavor. I bought drinks to treat others, but the quality was so bad that I honestly felt embarrassed. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for such poor quality and treatment. It’s not just a one-time issue—this happens every single visit. I won’t be coming back. The staff seriously need to be retrained on how to treat customers and how to properly make drinks.

Ordered a strawberry lemonade slush. I didn't see any red in it. The server said the strawberry are at the bottom. I didn't have time to mix it. Gave me my drink lid half way off and liquid all on the styrofoam. I will never go back. They take way to long. It always take 5 minutes or more just a single drink. Will be going to north oak where wait times aren't long and they aren't rushing your order.

WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT THE LADY FROM THE SPEAKER WAS VERY RUDE AND I LEFT. THIS PLACE USED TO BE FANTASTIC! YOU CAN TELL WHEN A PLACE CHANGES MANAGEMENT OR OWNERSHIP BECAUSE THE SERVICE GOES DOWNHILL FAST! AVOID THIS SONIC UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING DISAPPOINTED!! ☹️

These people talk to them about the names of the products in the store and they do not know that you are asking them to spend a lot of time to see what they are asking me about. These people do not know how to serve their clients, some of the girls who attended me were reeking of marijuana, I do not recommend coming to buy this place that is located in this direction, I am a very fan of Sonic but I do not recommend the one in this town.

Morgan is always so friendly! Best service around. Reminds me of how Sonic’s used to be. So clean! Will come back great place to bring your kiddos for a friendly face and snack!!

Went to order a pair of Cherry Lime-aids at the kiosk, added a one dollar tip to the order and was charged 26.00ish dollars instead of the 6 and change. No Mrs manager I did not add 2 extra zeros accidentally (that would have been 10 dollars) I pushed one of the pre- selected offers in the add a tip line up they were 1$, 2$, $5, or keep the change 0.05$ then I paid and the order receipt printed out with a $20 dollar tip despite the original tip and total being around 6 dollars and some change:/ of course I called back immediately to get the charge corrected which they were unable to do. They advised I needed to call 188-ok-sonic which was done. The nice but ultimately unhelpful lady really tried hard to figure out why we were calling and in between her offers cheeseburger I could redem for my inconvenience (a offer I kept declining) she repeatedly stated that we need call the store. After getting off the phone with the call center (not to bad only about 8 minutes of mostly usless conversation) I tried talking to the manager about refunding the overcharge or putting the charge on a gift card (a suggestion from the helpline) she was dismissive and obviously frustrated. She told me to call the sonic helpline that I had just got off the phone with, that they are only people capable of helping me. Ok Sonic manager just say that you don't know how to do a charge back and get back with me after learning how...oh wait you didn't ask for any of my contact information Sorry kid that brought the drinks out I should have tipped you cash, please accept my apologies.

I usually love sonic but this place is a joke. My burger was made like they were in a hurry but took 30 mins to get. Under cooked bacon. Any vegetables on it, cause I couldn’t find them. Hard as a rock, salty AF tots but don’t worry that watered down soda will help with that.
