Maybe put a sign that says you don't accept $50 bills for an over $20 order before you drive all the way around then go to the gas station to get change AS ASKED and then refuse service. DO YOUR JOB

Food is cold and not very friendly hospitality at all. I would not recommend this store to even my dog to eat here. Last time coming here period. I there the food away. What a waste. I gave a one star because I had too. Management is horrible.

I've had issues with this location a few times, running out of ingredients, having to pull around and wait even though we were the only people there etc. This was even worse. We used the app to get rewards hoping that would increase the accuracy too- it didn't. First she asked my name so I said my whole name and she only heard the last name apparently and said my order wasn't there and maybe I went to the wrong location even though my first name was printed on their menu. Once she figured it out I pulled around and waited and then was missing a drink. We ordered 2 box meals and 2 separate large drinks so that equals 4. She still asked me if I was sure I ordered 4 and then comes back a couple mins later and says there was only 3 but I gave it to you anyway. I was too annoyed to thank her. After we get home the food in the box is all wrong and then my daughter finds long wavy hair thats clearly not hers in the potatoes. Idk what's going on here but seriously, I've worked fast food- it's not this hard. I don't think they deserve the raise Missouri voters just gave them for sure.

Service is fine. In this day and age, no one cares anymore. There’s a steak shortage and for some reason, their chicken tastes like rubber. The crunch wrap supremes lack in anything and their grilled cheese burritos is over flowing with cheese and nothing else.

the last 3 times I have ordered they are out of meat or rice and it’s a 30 minute wait each time.

Dozens of times I’ve been able to pick-up two mobile orders in one go through the drive-thru, but apparently the employees are too incompetent now to process that someone can have two orders, and they’ll make you drive back around to get the second order. The lady at the window then lied to my face and said, “It’s always been this way.”
