So my boyfriend and I had the day off and was excited to get a few glasses of wine and this place was close to us. We looked on the website and said they were open from noon to 8pm. We got there at 2:45 and doors were locked. So frustrating. Maybe it's difficult to change your hours on the website? I don't know but for that reason we may never go back since we will never know if they are open or closed!

FYI: This is no longer a wine bar or wine shop. This was such a great Parkville spot to enjoy a drink with the wife or friends. We miss sitting on the porch or back patio under the vine on a beautiful day It's now only a wine club where you pay X and get a few bottles of wine a month. Members are also invited to tastings so they can order select wines. You can also rent the building for events.

Prior to them abruptly becoming a "private club and event space," I'd have given them five stars. Now nobody takes your call and the website provides no information as to the meaning of "private club" or what membership entails. Every time we drive by it appears to be closed, so no word on whether you can still pop in to buy a bottle of something fun or different. This was a date night and birthday favorite of ours, and a jewel in downtown Parkville. During Covid the outdoor space was a godsend. In colder months, the cozy nooks and occasional live piano music were so warm and inviting and special. To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement.

You can make an evening of it with a reasonably priced bottle of California wine, or tour the world from room to room with their expertly curated selections at any price point. You’ll be in good hands with the family-centered staff. They really care about every patron’s experience. Wine tastings and pairings are worth the price if you want to really indulge and treat yourself or someone you love. Pro tip: Even the most experienced wine drinker can find something new and adventurous.

Nice atmosphere, terrible customer service! We were asked to leave! Was never told why, other than “ we dont like your kind!! WTH does that mean! Apparently we were having too much fun. We are not welcome back nor will we ever want to come back. They need to be reminded people go to relax and have some wine, not to try and be judged as if we were ‘trash’Born and raised in Parkville. My friend and I have always heard nice things about this establishment. I have never been treated and insulted in such a manner as this. I would suggest choosing somewhere else to spend your money and time!!!
