Just off 71 hwy, barely in Peculiar; tiny, locally owned, and sometimes closed for months. It is the best Chinese food I have found in the metro area. Mostly carry-out and an eat-in blue collar lunch crowd. As a single lady, I usually spend about $30 (including tip) for a lunch meal with rice and egg roll and get side orders of 6 crab Rangoon and 8 dumplings to eat on for an entire weekend. Tastes amazing every time. Rotate between shrimp in garlic sauce (brown) or lobster sauce...
I don't feel 5 stars is even enough. They have the most amazing cashew sauce for their springfield style cashew chicken! I live in a different state but I WILL be back! Even if I have to drive the 4 hours, just for their chinese!!
