You know I spend my hard earned money and almost spent $20 on one meal and I asked for extra cherries cherry flavor in my route 44 cherryline made and I got none of that no cherries no extra flavor but I paid extra for it I expect to get it. If you can't do your job because you just lazy and don't feel like it or you can't read the ticket maybe you need to go find a different job. This is ridiculous I understand they don't pay you very well Don't take it out on the customer take it out on your employer.

Stopped in to grab food while traveling for work. The fries were just ok, tasted like old oil though. Once I bit into the burger it seemed off, and too wet. When it was safe to do so I turned on my light to find it was raw, with only the outside cooked. Hemoglobin from the meat had seeped into the bun which was the wetness I felt. I wish I could give 0 stars for this location.

Ordered a medium blizzard which was 729 I wanted Heath candy mixed in it. the candy was like caramel not one crunch in the bunch and after I took about six or seven little bites there was no more heat bits or blobs since they weren't crunchy then for the other two thirds of the blizzard it was just $7.29 ice cream with no flavor just vanilla wasn't what I was expecting. if they made the pricing on the menu big enough to where you could read it I wouldn't have spent this much on an ice cream with no heath bites mixed in just dumped on top they got it to me quick I wish they would have just done it right or maybe they are just dumping the toppings on top and calling it a blizzard and not mixing it in

Ordered a ketchup only double bacon cheeseburger. Received a double cheeseburger loaded with lettuce, mayo, tomatoes, and half a strip of bacon. Burger was dry, and there wasn’t even ketchup, the one thing I asked for.

I want to start off with ordering my food was a good service. Once the employee came with my food she rudely said “here” and nearly dropped the drinks as she’s handling them to me, as I’m still parked I’m checking my food and I’m missing some items I tried to grab her attention because she was still out here and she looks and ignores me as she was being more than polite to the other customers. I’m just very disappointed in how I was treated by this employee, I didn’t grab her name but I know she had a tattoo on her neck.

Ordered 2 drinks and a chicken wrap on app. Neither drink was made as ordered and tasted terrible like nothing positive I've ever had nor like any other location tastes. Chicken wrap was awful tasted freezer bunt and reheated. Spit out only bite. When they brought drinks out I pointed out error and person laughed. I contacted customer service immediately as this isn't the only time this location has been terrible but this was the worst experience at a sonic for me. Owner called and left a message and emailed me on what I'd like. I called back and had to leave a message. Id at least like a refund which still hasn't happened.

Took almost 30 minutes for two drinks. Might as well drive a little further to a different location. Would probably be a lot quicker. Horrible service. They also changed mobile pick up so now there’s no way to cancel our order. Don’t come to this location.

I waited for 20 minutes for 5 drinks and and two burger meals. Not only was I told that you didn't have singles and was forced to get double was aggravating enough, but have to wait 20 minutes and getting cold food and unlabeled drinks... was over the top for the simple situation.
