Ordered 2 drinks and a chicken wrap on app. Neither drink was made as ordered and tasted terrible like nothing positive I've ever had nor like any other location tastes. Chicken wrap was awful tasted freezer bunt and reheated. Spit out only bite. When they brought drinks out I pointed out error and person laughed. I contacted customer service immediately as this isn't the only time this location has been terrible but this was the worst experience at a sonic for me. Owner called and left a message and emailed me on what I'd like. I called back and had to leave a message. Id at least like a refund which still hasn't happened.

Took almost 30 minutes for two drinks. Might as well drive a little further to a different location. Would probably be a lot quicker. Horrible service. They also changed mobile pick up so now there’s no way to cancel our order. Don’t come to this location.

I waited for 20 minutes for 5 drinks and and two burger meals. Not only was I told that you didn't have singles and was forced to get double was aggravating enough, but have to wait 20 minutes and getting cold food and unlabeled drinks... was over the top for the simple situation.

Sonic is consistent. I always know what I'm going to get. Service was good, and made to order. Everything was hot & fresh. Good place to eat.

This is the first sonic that I have to say i would never return. We ordered drinks and onion rings. They brought the wrong drinks and when questioned he said we ordered something totally different. (The receipt said the correct thing) He took the drinks back and quickly brought out the "correct" drinks. Which of course they were still not correct. Requested money back...attitude from the manager. Over $4!! Come on guys! Sonic...you can keep your subpar food and drinks!!

This is not the 1st time they messed up our order! Yes we can always comeback! But the gasoline, time and effort to comeback for the missing item, is just not worth it! You guys need to fix this crap! We are paying for the food! I don't think its excessive to double or triple check the order receipt before you deliver it to your customer right?! Please do your job accordingly!

After waiting 8 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a cherry limeade I decided that this is not the place I'll be going to again no matter how good the Cherry limeades are. You can't tell me it takes 8 minutes to make a drink and walk it when I'm the only one in the Drive-Thru Lane and not one person was at a stall

This location is bad about not giving you the fruit in your limeades. I ask and paid for chili to be on my queso fries and I didn't get it. I've ordered poppers and not received ranch with it I can't add it to the order in the app because it's supposed to come with it. They will cut every corner.
