Visited in December 2025 approximately 7.30 pm . Had to wait few minutes before ordering. Not busy and it was only two of us in store. Ordered a reuben sandwich and curly fries. What I received was a mostly bread sandwich.meat did not cover bread and was pretty dry. Fries only filled half a box and were not hot. I approached counter and showed cashier that box was only half full and then he tried to basically calling me a lier in not so many words and stated they spilled onto the tray and there were more than in the box. Are you going to eat what’s on a tray that has not been sanitized and only wiped with a rag that probably wiped tables and chairs along with other dirty trays ? Back to the story now . He did fill box up with remaining over fried , dried hard pieces from the fri basket. These were worse than what I started with. Unfortunately if I could rate zero it would be done. Horrible place to eat .

Terrible service. Waited in line 15 minutes and was not once acknowledged or asked to take our order. Employees looked right at us several times and continued to focus only on drive thru orders. We don't mind waiting for a while as we understand things happen and maybe they were short staff or something. But not even being acknowledged was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Poorest ARBYS in ROCKFORD. Ordered take-out. Two BEEF sandwiches and 1 order regular fries. One sandwich was warm as if freshly made. 2nd sandwich lukewarm with STALE BUN. LARGE order of FRIES was half empty and COLD. Went straight home from restaurant. Only live 5 minutes from RESTAURANT. FOOD certainly did not become cold in that short distance. Will have to go to PHELPS location after this. Staff and FOOD ALWAYS EXCELLENT there.
Very friendly staff, good service, clean bathrooms,. Went in around 2, kind of slow, but very nice dining room. Only one comment, the ketchup dispenser was broken so had to use packages. The food was good. .

Order 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. 0nce we received food I had to ask for ketchup. No ketchup. With kids they should have let us know kids want ketchup with fries Also horsey sauce pumps dont work . No paper towels in the restroom. Staff huddled up after i asked for the ketchup unprofessional. Not recommended in Perryville MO. Will not be back
