This was probably one of the best Arby's we have eaten at in a long time. Was surprised by the negative reviews. Our experience was hopefully something that the restaurant is striving for.So, the staff was friendly and courteous. Greeted us right away. Took our order. Food was prepared fast, hot, and delicious. I felt so bad for the cashier and other workers, they were overwhelmed with people wanting and needing their food. But they were positive and I didn't hear anyone of them grumble or get snappy with customers!
