The burger, fries and (as I'm told) site-made ketchup were all top notch and I'll absolutely eat there again. But it won't be during peak hours (I'm not a fan of bars with a bunch of people in them).

TL;DR: Good beer, great burgers, phenomenal fries and great service. It's hard to pick one thing that's good here. I specifically chose the Monk (pretzel bun burger with beer cheese). It was amazing, and as good as it was, the fries were better. The ketchup is homemade and delicious. Also, they have the best cheese curds I've ever had .

We had to wait over an hour when we were told there was only a 15 minute wait. Honestly I think they forgot about us. Absolutely unexceptionable.

I’ve been here before and came back because I like the food but service this time was exceptionally terrible. First; there are NO PRICES on the menu.. I have only ever seen this as 5 STAR FANCY DINING… not a burger bar. Hostess was not welcoming. Three girls standing up front all just looked at me I had to say “for 2 please” instead of the host greeting us and asking how we are, how many, or for here or to go. Our waitress also told me there is no half orders of Mac and cheese ($9 full order) but proceeded to bring my mom out a half order of Mac and cheese? Didn’t tell my mom it would be 75 cents for steak sauce when she asked for it after receiving her steak. The waitress gave no heads up. She also said the sides would be included with my mother’s steak ($33) they were an additional $4 and $5 for her half side of Mac and half Caesar salad. The total ended up coming out to almost $80! We had fried pickles, sweet tea, Caesar salads ($4), 10pc boneless spicy wings, a full order of Mac (because the waitress told me they don’t do half orders when they clearly do)$9, a half order Mac ($4), and a steak with steak sauce (75 cents)????Also, I tried to order my salad before my meal and my waitress said she would come back and get our order when my mom was ready. In an establishment with no prices on the menu, I expect to be well taken care of. Waitress should come for drinks, appetizers, then meal order. If you’re trying to go for upscale. Mine never even refilled my water or tea. And I could see at least 10 pitchers full of water tea and juice sitting right in front of me. A bit weird they keep their beverages out like that. Felt like my waitress was just young and inexperienced and not very well trained or versed in the menu and prices. Seems to be a reoccurring theme at this restaurant as all the waitresses are attractive young white females.. seems like the quality is compromised for gaze? Generally just too expensive for what they offer

We stopped by after the solar eclipse so the place was slammed. So service and atmosphere are impacted by that. We had crispy sprouts, fried wontons and 3 different burgers with fries. There were no complaints. I had a "Rooster" burger and finished my wife's "Smokey Jam". Both were excellent. The local IPA was cold and good. Highly recommend.

This place was hopping on the solar eclipse day! Good vibe all around and the burger to go special was so delicious! Great beers on tap and the staff did an excellent job with handling the crowds that day.

The barbacoa sandwich was barely edible for me. Overseasoned and awful. Service was slow. Restroom was a dungeon. Music was too loud and awful. Happy birthday to me, I will never go back.

Please take with grain of salt, as we were there during the eclipse. Very busy. Staff was overworked and looked to be under supported. Willing to try the place again as the atmosphere looked awesome. Just the food and service was subpar. Understandable because of the mass of people.Vegetarian options: Had a vegan friend with us. They tried to accommodate her with the squash but feel like more options could be made available.
