Food was good - counter and drink area was filthy - kiosk order only so older people were walking out because there was no one at the counter to take their order - they did not know what to do - saddest place I've ever experienced - I will not be back unless changes are made
Service was fast. The drive through line moved quick.
Both of the Grilled cheese burritos I got… the cheese was not grilled. Or even melted. They also forgot the 2 cheesy roll ups. I went inside to let the worker know, and they gave us the roll ups and fixed one of the grilled cheese burritos. It was late, and they were busy so I’ll give it a pass! Will likely visit again.
We've gotten soft tacos with less than a teaspoon of meat in them several times. The daytime shifts seem to be OK but the evening til closing, especially through the drive through is a nightmare. That's where the problems seem to occur most. The drive-thru times are just horrible. When they get the food right, it's very good but when you get tacos with hardly any meat in them, kinda defeats the purpose of going there.
Absolutely terrible customer service the food sucks most of the time it’s not right or poorly prepared. Also on DoorDash I have to wait 30 minutes before the point I don’t even accept their orders anymore.
Uhm everything is on a screen now ordered a large and got a small Taco Bell slushee, didn’t add extra cheese to my nachos like I PAYED FOR.freind went to go fill up her cup and her Baja blast tasted absolutely foul so she went to get a sweet tea and it was litterally steaming hot. Waste of money and very unhappy.
Food was hot n fresh and got it quickly thru the drive thru. Gave us napkins forks and sauces. Nice staff too.
A typical , what you would expect to get here,
Have literally waited over an hour and still don’t have my food worst place to eat the drive through was wrapped around the building
Yesterday Jan. 9th we were there with our grandkids, we tried to navigate our way thru the self service kiosk, we were clearly confused but we were saved by a very helpful employee, I wish I would have gotten her name, but she knows who she is. The food was hot and fresh and the service was second to none thanks to her.
i love the food
Dietary restrictions: they have mutiple options if you have dietary options
Parking: lots of places
Kid-friendliness: they are really nice
Wheelchair accessibility: that don’t have much of a slant but still makes a way for a wheel chair

Meximelt is back!!!!!
This is a very modern Taco Bell. Behold: they have a mobile order line, self ordering kiosks, and an AI assistant named Harold. Actually there is no AI assistant

Order was $6.xx. Gave a $20 and 2 $1s ($22). Got back the coin change. Told worker I had given them a $20, not a $5. Here was the answer:
"Haha good try. I promise you gave me a $5 and 2 ones."
So I got $6 worth of food and a promise that I can't count for only $21...and they got a $15 tip and a promise that I won't be visiting there again...if I want to pay $20 for Mexican food it will be at a good restaurant.
Quick with orders. Great food. Friendly staff.
