Went through the drive-through and ordered our lunch, and we had to wait several minutes to get our food. They got my order right, but not my wife's. Was going to go back in to return here hamburger, but we were in such a hurry we didn't have time. The young man who took our order did everything right, but the cooks in the back weren't attentive to paying attention to what we ordered. But other than that, our food was hot, especially our fries!

Stop in the parking lot to see the solar eclipse after Eclipse went in to try to give them my business for being nice enough to let us view it from the parking lot but they decided to close the lobby and drive-thru down outside of ice cream had to go to Burger King

Hit this place the day of the eclipse. So, yeah, the traffic was insane. Lots of cars stopping. The bathrooms had lines. I heard the ladies room was out of toilet paper, and none of them would tell the workers about it. But the manager on duty should have thought of that. We ordered food thru the drive thru, got pulled to the side to wait. Then they brought it out to us, handed it over, and left. When we checked it, it was the wrong order, apparently some other car's order. While we debated what to do, another worker came out with our correct order and we handed him the first incorrect bag. So not a great visit, but it was an exceptional day, though they should have been able to handle it better.

Went to drive through on Friday March 29 at 5:26pm and the gay guy that spoke through was rude very rude! I asked for 2 Oreo McFlurry’s and he said “NO you can’t, ice cream machine is broken” I then said to myself “oh god” because I knew it was a lie they tell everyone when they are too lazy to have cleaned the machine the night before. I didn’t say anything disrespectful to him. All I said was oh god, and then he immediately replied with “ I can tell the mechanic to not come and fix the machine, for you, would you like me to do that?” He said it very disrespectfully and rude, I could tell it was NOT sarcasm.. I then just said forget about it I don’t want to order anything from you since you are talking to me this way.. I was getting the McFlurry for my 8 year old niece who never had one before and this would be her first time trying .. she was very disappointed and she heard everything he said and heard the way he talked to me and it made her very upset! I’ll never come back to this location!! Stop treating customers like trash and stop letting your employees be lazy and make them clean the ice cream machines!! Stop lying about them being “broken” when the truth is the employees are too lazy to clean them out…

I got my drink got to my truck look down at the lid on my drink and there was a spider crawling on the lid reached in my bag to get my sandwich out and there was a spider on my hand when I pulled it out of the bag what is going on with that McDonald’s, no toilet paper in the men’s room fly spit all over their screens to show what orders are up very rude. Staff literally cost my food onto the counter and said there you go Brinkley Arkansas. Sorry sorry sorry place.

Hanicapped brother had an 8oz tea bottle half full of tea. He went to put ice in it at fountain machine. Cashier got manager. They were rude as could be. Charged us for a large soda because they thought he put soda in his tea bottle. When it was obviously tea. They were not nice about it. Overall very rude about whole situation. Very Embarrassing. It could have been handled differently. Will never stop there again. Burger Kings across the road. They should be ashamed of thereselves for there rude actions!!!
