I ordered the Triple Treat Box yesterday 12/9 Order #10029215. I got the Tavern style. One cheese, one with chicken, cinna stix and bread sticks. When we received the order, the pizza was everywhere. Burnt, hard as a rock, nasty in every aspect. Cold. I'm not sure what happened but i've never had a worse experience at a Pizza Hut location. It was a Monday night so you couldn't have been that busy. I contacted customer service, although they did offer to give me 2 free pizzas. I declined and wanted my money back. After what was received, I have little to no faith for the next order. The breadsticks were hard as a rock and the only decent thing was the cinna stix. Please please do some retraining of your staff

Ordered the one topping Brooklyn style pizza it was reheated, very hard and just not good. What was weird was I had to wait for it to be made… you could taste this was an old pizza y’all just reheated in the back. I couldn’t even get a fresh one topping. Wasted $15
Inconsistent great the first time but don’t order on Tuesdays. Not anywhere near enough toppings on the pizza. I order a 3 topping pizza and it’s more of a cheese pizza. Absolute garbage and not worth what you pay for.

I was leaving the Dollar General tonight at 5:00 P.M. I was driving down the parking lot and one of your drivers made a left into the parking space and I had to swerve to avoid hitting his car. He proceeded to yell something at me and gave me the middle finger. Hire better employees.

So I enjoyed my food the past couple of times I've had delivery. My only issue is the drivers, both that I have had, just seem so unhappy. I tip 20% on a 40 plus dollar order and they look and act like I have not given them anything. I double checked the receipt this time and it says the tip amount. Are my drivers not looking? I myself work for tips and always have a pleasant disposition when talking with customers. I just don't get it. I tip so drivers are happy to deliver to me. If they cannot at least fake it I will keep my money in the future. Thanks for listening to me rant.

So my wife placed an order and upon her placing our order for carry out our car broke down. So they cancelled our order bc we weren't there to pick up our food. Since our car was broken my wife called to just have our food delivered. This Pevely location was very rude not only to myself but my wife as well. I was hung up on myself 2 times. Not only was I hung up on they said that they couldn't put our order in for delivery and they had already taken our money. They could have simply just delivered our food to us. But now we have to wait 3/4 days to have our money placed back on our card. They honestly have the worst set of customer service skills I've ever seen in my life. Now not only did we not get our order or our money back. But we have to figure out some way to feed our 6 year old son tonight. And that's hard to do when we have no more money to buy food from somewhere else bc they can't refund our money for 2/3 days. What do u tell a 6 yr old why he's going to bed tonight on an empty stomach. I truly feel like this entire situation could have been handled in a more appropriate manner with just a little bit of patience and understanding on Pizza Huts part. But bc of their less than satisfactory service skills and poor explanation of their ordering policies we all 3 will be going to bed tonight on empty stomachs. Tell me what could we have done differently in this situation? I feel like they have failed us as parents and they've shown us that Pizza Hut of Pevely, MO. Is a sorry excuse for a restaurant and I will make it my very own personal duty to show everyone that I know and every social media outlet that they are a poor restaurant and they could truly care less about their customers. So people "Beware of Pizza Hut" in Pevely, MO.
