My order today was $50 of food and they forgot half of it. I called the store and talked to the manager and he said he would replace the whole order. When my son got there to pick it up they said the manager wasn't available and only replaced what they forgot to put in the order. I would have been fine with getting what was missed but don't tell me you are going to replace the whole order and then don't.

Ordered a large order over $50 worth. They forgot my 10 piece nacho nuggets. They also forgot the extra meat and extra nacho cheese sauce for my Mexican pizza.They then piled the rest of my order on top of Mexican pizza this smashing it. The manager I spoke to today may 5th, 2025 around 11:45 am gave me a false name, was rude, aggressive, and gave me the 5th degree while swearing at me. When I pointed out that he was violating corporate policy, he stated it's his store when his is managing and he will run the store however he pleases. Said manager needs to be terminated in my opinion. He is just driving customers away from the store

I was greeted, and waited on promptly. The food was correct, and I have no issues with my meal. My concern came when I tried to eat in the lobby. The store has a special needs person who was taking a break or something in the lobby, and was very disruptive. As someone who suffers with multiple mental illnesses, I understand some people need considerations. But that dude is a jerk. 100% self aware jerk. As long as he isn't working, you'll have a fine experience. If he's working, go somewhere else or try again later.

Made an app order before I got off work late at night.. came through DT about 130ish AM to pick it up.. still waited at the window for 10 minutes! The cantina chicken street chalupas I ordered were STEAK!!!!!!

And the simple bean burrito I ordered was TOO MUCH bean in the burrito!! The red sauce, onion and cheese that comes with was literally at the other end of the burrito as a second thought! I’m a true believer of I paid for it.. don’t waste it… I gagged so much trying to eat it..
Then when I finally threw up… I chucked it to the trash.
I’ve worked for TB.. and to say this place has beyond gone to trash is an understatement… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This isn’t the one!
I wasn’t even acknowledged at the window until I was handed my horrid order..

Having to use a kiosk to order is a pain in the hind end. What we wanted was not found in the kiosk menu. No one asked if we needed help, and we were the only ones there. Once we finally got an order in, it took 25 mins for us to get out food, and it was disgusting. Taco Bell used to be a pretty good place prior to probably 2000

Don't like that they ask you to order from a kiosk. Nobody at the counter. Have to wait for a person to pay with cash. Still takes a long time to get your food. There were no other patrons inside eating.
Went in to get some food pretty early in the morning, about 11 people waiting in the lobby and a manager or employee is yelling and cussing at another employee. This is super unprofessional and wrong to treat another staff member and disregard them like that.

Absolutely worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I live right by here and wait 30 minutes minimum everytime and food is ice cold. EVERY. TIME. Lazy incompetent people. Would rather drive the extra 20 minutes for the next one.
