After placing my order at the kiosk I turned around and said "hi, how are ya'll doing" and didn't get a reply, just stared at. When I turned the kid on the left told the man on the right "I don't like when people say hi to me and then I have to interact, I don't like people" What the heck ... seriously haha never been talked shot about so openly by staff. He continued talking trash. Needless to say eating the food i got 8 minutes later was not something I trusted to eat. This is NOT acceptable. I have never been to this location before. The staff being so aggressively rude should not have employment here.

The service was excellent at Tuesday 10:40pm in and out so convenient since this new manager has things running smoothly and the food finally looks presentable keep up the good work and finding employees who care about their job
Sign on door says dinning room opens at 7Am waited 20 minutes while workers looked at me and laughed when I finally talked to workers they said they don't open till 10am. I informed them about posted store hours she laughed and said "Well I don't care we open daily at 10am come back then" while laughing the whole time.
Employee's eager positivity and energetic attention to duties was outstanding and not only uplifting and delightful but innocent and unaware of my observation to detail. Fun experience and I would visit again for the ambiance of enjoyment of fresh hot taco bell and relaxing pitter patter of hard working friendly fellows lol

Taco Bell is getting too stingy. I ordered extra tomatoes on a chicken bowl, which already came with pico de gallo, but there were hardly any tomatoes at all. And then the employee refused to add more. They even added a charge for extra tomatoes.
Consistently takes 25-30 minutes before your order is ready. Doesn’t matter if it is dine or take out. This has happened on multiple visits over a year + time period, so not just one bad experience. This Taco Bell is a joke and we are done with it.

I drive up to the pevely location because it's clean and the foods consistent, the festus location is dirty and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and have no soap and dried flaking vomit in the sink. Very obvious employees aren't washing their hands after pooping.

We waited 39 minutes while these poor kids tried to help everyone. We get our order, walk out and I see the manager just sitting on the phone smoking a cigarette when the lobby is full and there’s a line of cars. A+ to teens not walking out… this is crazy
