Conveniently located in town is why they recieve the services as the workers often seem overworked or irritated towards customers. I like fries and other items when available they don't prepare well for the size crowds they recieve or just ignore them all together. Yes, there are other options to dine but face it folks, you can't give up on the Arches.

Wry very poor management, the employees don't even show up on time. The drive through if you use the mobile app you get put in the back of the line. On fry's they gave only 4 fry's Thais place is unorganized and very unprofessional.

Horrible service, they pull you around for one item park you for 10mins then come out with 5 bags for different cars, no receipts to tell them which car it goes to so there digging through your food to figure out if it’s your or the other cars, The person running the food out has no customer service skills, rude and looked like she hates her job. Hire based on Quality not quantity.. it starts at the top

Sorely disappointed. Fries are always old or cold. Even after you ask for hot fries, they just ring it up that way but then proceed to bury all the old fries under a thin layer of hot fries. To spend well over $20.00 for your food, and still can't get what you asked for, especially when it domes to something that cost them very little to do, You would get far more for your money's worth by going to a sit down restaurant and spending just about another $10.00 for your meal. There's a reason why we stopped going to this McDonald's, and the last 2 recent visits only confirmed that we were right to stay away for the past 3 years. It will be at least another 3 years before we give this place another try again.
