Every time I go to McDonalds there is something wrong with my order. They add cheese when I order no cheese, forget to add tomato, give me the wrong pies, pile so much lettuce on the Big Mac that you have to dig to find the burger, give out fries that are barely warm or taste old and the list goes on and on. I’ve learned that if I want hot fries the I need to order them with no salt so they have to make them fresh. I love McDonald’s so I eat there quite often but I’ve learned to check my meal before I pull away.

poor service pull in the drive thru (only one in the drive thru) ask to wait a minute no problem two seconds later another cars pulls in the other lane and I can here welcome to McDonald's how can help. very poor customer service. will go to one of the local places from now when here

I walk in the door and all you hear is the Manager from the front counter yelling at the grill crew in a really mean way and a lot of crew members have walked out because of this one Manager treating the grill crew very poorly and it's not right they should do something about this manager.
