I made an order through the app and once I got the sandwiches home, I saw that they were probably the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had from a subway.
I don’t remember there being a half the steak/double the mayo option on a sandwich option when ordering.
You act like the cost of the steak was coming out of your pocket.
Anyway, I guess if there’s a next time I’ll just make sure to watch the sandwiches being made in person.

Only leaving one star cause u can't leave 0Says they are open til 10 pm on Sat it's 8:30 and as I pull in the worker runs to the Door locks it turns sign from open to close then stands in the door smiling ear to ear. There was no signs on the door saying they closed earlier either ? very disappointed I will ve calling a manager in the morning because this is unacceptable I just want a sandwich ?

Ordered on the app. All went well, my credit card showed I paid for food, app showed they received order. Went there and they said they didn’t receive order. Had me sit for 15 mins. I went to manager, showed her screen on phone showing her the order, showing it had been paid for. She rudely informed me doesn't matter what I have, they won’t make sandwich until they get order on their computer. I asked should I pay her again for the order, she shrugged and told me to cancel the charge on my card. Typical kind of service in this day.
