Accepted my order before 11. Says open till midnight, then at 11 the server says they are closed and didnt make my food claiming they didnt get the order. Maybe update your hours before making changes and stop taking orders if you wont fill them. I have a restaurant and close at 9, if you order food at 8:59 you will be served even if it takes 10 min to cook. Totally worth all the wage increases 🙄

Any food service that thinks they can take spoiled lettuce and add fresh lettuce to make it "okay" lettuce shouldn't be in the food service industry, period! The customers you lose from this decision cannot possibly be worth the $$ you save on a lettuce bill!

Stopped in while on the road for a cheeseburger and a drink to go. Double cheeseburger was just thrown together both pattys half on the bun!! SUCKED TRYING TO EAT THAT AND DRIVE! Just makes me mad I put the money out and they go out of there way to make it as nasty as possible. I’m done eating out

I swear, all McDonald's are trash now. This one is especially terrible. The people were nice enough at this one at least, but when you only interact with a person for about six seconds when they bring your slop out for you to eat. Cold fries, tasteless burgers, dry chicken nuggets, off-tasting soda pop and lemonade, the food is terrible. Not worth any money. The building is cramped up and chaotic. Tables are all dirty, the floor is sticky, there's trash in every corner and under tables. The "atmosphere" could only be described as an unholy combination of machine like coldness, depression, and greed. I'll definitely not be coming back.

WORST McDonald's on the PLANET! With a couple notable exceptions, the staff at this location are rude, haughty, and downright unpleasant. Nothing says, "you don't matter," like having someone make eye contact with you and then let you stand there for five or seven minutes before taking your order... and by the way, someone, ANYONE needs to teach the clowns they have assembling the overpriced "premium" versions of sandwiches NOT to sling them down an assembly line chute like hockey pucks until the food gets so jumbled in the container that it's inedible. Ordered a "Deluxe Spicy McChicken" meal today and opted to get a six-nugget box and a large coffee along with it. When it was brought to my table, what was in the box didn't even resemble a sandwich. I took it back to the register and waited for someone to notice me standing there... AGAIN, and when a young man finally came over, I handed him back the tray and said, "I wouldn't feed my dog that slop. I'm aggravated enough right now, I don't want it replaced, I don't even want my money back." I handed him the tray, with the box of slop, nuggets, fries and coffee all untouched, and I left. Basically, ten dollars and ninety-two cents that I would have been better off throwing in the trash. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
