My wife and I go to The Rustlers Cafe about every 5 weeks for Sunday breakfast. Yesterday, 9/14/25, we went there and I had a terrible breakfast. I ordered the Rancher. The tenderloin was burnt to a crisp under the gravy. There was one other couple there, and we thought that was odd since they are usually crowded on Sunday morning. I never send food back because I don't want to make cook mad, and get something worse. When I went to pay, I was told that the credit card reader had just gone down and we had to pay cash. We always leave a cash to, but pay by credit card. We told waitress we did not have that much cash o pay bill. She said I would need to go to ATM. I left my wife at cafe and found ATM, which charged a $3 75 fee. That fee was over 10% of our bill! Expensive breakfast. We drove 18 miles to get there, so it turned out to be a poor experience. We will never go there again.

Had a great breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly. Waitress was very attentive and sweet. Met the new owner while I was there and she seems really nice. Great place to eat if you want it to feel like home.

Horrible customer service. Told them I had a hair in my food and was told that it Wasent their problem. My biscuit was so hard the fork would not even go in it and showed them and they said what I guess it’s too hard for you or what. Not only was the food hard and a hair in it but it was made it 2 mins ( meaning it’s not fresh) and it was not hot or even warm. Went to go pay and asked for a recipe and they refused, and got all my $17 back in 1 dollar bills .

Honestly this place is horrible since Tammy sold it. The new owners have flies everywhere, can’t make decent food or even food that stays together when you try to bite it. I wish Tammy would own it again.

Not a place I'd reccomend with any form of large party. Had 6 people, ordered breakfast consisting of eggs, pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Took an hour and half to get our food. Place was not full when we came in and was fully cleared out except 2 tables when we finally got our food.

The table we sat at had food on it and the lady did not clean it well cause there was still food particles on the table. There was even food particles on there counter and she never cleaned it up.
Contemplated going after reading the reviews but decided we should try it for ourselves. The food was outstanding. From the presentation to the taste... Delicious Ham and Cheese Omelette that was made with pride! Great service. They will be seeing me again. So happy and full!

All the food was over cooked. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and pickles. They served it without either. My husband said, just bring it out and he would throw it on there. They never brought it, and never came back to refill coffee, etc. Biggest waste of $30.
