I travel over 35 minutes just to visit this restaurant. The staff here are wonderful and always brighten up your day. They remember you when you pull in. Food is hot and delicious. Dining room and parking lot are always clean. Thank you for providing customer-centric hospitality to your customers! See y'all soon.
Our food was cold, hard and burnt so they were remaking it. While waiting for it we noticed how filthy and fly infested the restaurant was. The employees were either visiting with one another and/ or outside smoking instead of working. After 18 minutes of waiting for the remade food we left without it or a refund. The “manager” Shelley refused to provide contact information for the business owner or to refund our money for the food they did not give us.
I don’t understand how slow and incompetent the employees for this place can be. This is the second time and was potentially redemption for their inept ability to put food together. This time I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. Yet when I get home there are no hot cakes. On top of that sitting and waiting for 15 minutes for them to finally bring the food out to me.
