Every time I stop at this location there is ALWAYS a problem with our meals. They have served us raw beef 3 DIFFERENT times, and this last time instead of giving us the double quarter pounders meals (3 orders), they give us singles?? If you somehow manage to find yourself at this location, check EVERYTHING about your meals!

Slowest service you’ll encounter at a supposed fast food restaurant. Whether you’re in the drive thru or in store, the service is that of a sloth. The food can be cold or items missing, one or the other you can absolutely count on it every single time. Zero care behind anything being done by that staff.

EDIT!!! The past month the morning shift has been amazing, they are super friendly and always get my order right. Never any delay unless fresh hashbrowns have just been dropped, which I’m happy to wait a couple minutes for.

Okay for real yall… what is wrong with this location. Sending details to the corporate office tomorrow morning because i don’t think a single soul works here who knows how to work at McDonalds. It’s literally the epitome of fast food and no food comes out fast and door dash orders are constantly dropped. Yall folks in there need to demand better management because it is just sad how this place functions.

Went through drive-through ordered six piece nugget, medium fries, and it was nine dollars and change. Was driving back home eating my lunch. The box had a four written on it, which meant four nuggets instead of six for starters and when I got home, looked at the receipt they charged $4.29 For a medium order of fries. I called to question them and to report the fact that I was now home an hour away and didn’t really care about picking up two more nuggets, but did question the price of the fries I was told I was talking to the manager who plainly said I don’t set the prices, but the price was $4.29 for a medium fry that is outrageous! Besides the fries being so salty and paying for six nuggets and Receiving for and questioning the price of the fries, guess what we won’t return

Slowest service I’ve ever seen. Nobody gets food at the window no matter how long you’ve been in line. You must park and wait 10 minutes every time.

Ordered a smoothie for mobile pick up in the morning. Arrived, checked in, and waited for 5 minutes before going inside. The machine was “being cleaned”. No plan on actually communicating that. I’ll have to go back to get a refund later.

This McDonald's would make Ray Kroc and even the originals owners the McDonald's brothers turn in their graves. This McDonald's had the worst service on any I have been to in a while. We got to the McDonald's around 1:00pm and didn't get our order tell 1:30. When we received our food it was cold and lukewarm the fries tasted old and under salted. Which was odd since we saw fries being made several times while we waited. When we finally got our food I had to remind them that we needed our cups and after checking through the bag I realized we didn't get any sauces and had to wait another 5 mins before I was even acknowledged to ask for what I needed.
The manager with a large hunting knife attached to his pants seemed to be very stressed but not successfully aiding his employees in getting stuff done. He did not seem to know how to manage very well. An older woman who was 3 times his age was doing more than he was and seemed to be having a hard time getting around since she was having to run orders and take orders. Overall the experience was extremely rough and I do not think I will be returning to this location anytime soon unless it gets an upgrade in management.

I’ve never had an issue at this McDonald’s before, and I’ve genuinely appreciated the service in the past. That’s why this week’s experiences have been so disappointing.

I’ve picked up DoorDash orders through the drive-thru at this location multiple times without issue, especially when I’m also placing a personal order. Today, I was told I needed to go inside for pickup, which was no problem at all. I didn’t question it or argue, I simply parked and went in.

What upset me was what I overheard once I was inside. Several employees, including the manager, were loudly and angrily talking about me, not realizing I was already in the lobby. I heard things like, “Why would she try to come through the window?” and, “I’ll just go fight her.” Even if they were joking (though it sounded serious), it was completely uncalled for. I was respectful and followed instructions without complaint. There was no reason for that kind of hostility, especially not over something that I didn’t even know was an issue.

When I tried to pick up both my DoorDash order and my personal mobile order, the manager, while holding my order, asked if I was there for DoorDash. I said yes, and she pointed me toward the DoorDash section. I let her know I also had a mobile order, and she responded by raising the bag in her hand and saying (regarding the DoorDash orders), “I don’t know which one is yours, it might be all of them, just take it.” then walked off with attitude. I didn’t even realize she was already holding my mobile order until that moment.

Whether the DoorDash policy has changed or not, the problem is that not all employees seem to know or communicate it clearly. If pickup must always be done inside, that’s fine, but it needs to be clearly posted and consistently enforced without treating customers or drivers like they’re a problem for not knowing.

On top of that, I had another disappointing experience just yesterday at the same location. I had ordered a $5 meal deal through the app, which only offered a small drink. Later, I decided to go through the drive-thru to order the same $5 deal again for someone else, and that time it came with a large drink. I politely asked the young blonde female at the window if she knew why there was a difference and if I could get at least a medium cup for mine, since both meals cost the same. She just said “I don’t know” and shut the window. A few minutes later, she asked me to pull forward, and when I asked again if she found anything out, she said “No” and shut the window again.

Thankfully, a kind associate named Anna came outside around then for a mobile order in the parked spaces, and she greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was going. I explained the situation, and she completely understood my confusion and kindly brought me a larger cup without making it a big deal. She showed the kind of customer service that more employees at this location should aim for.

As someone who works retail myself, I understand that customer confusion can be inconvenient, especially during a busy shift, but that’s part of the job. It’s not the customer’s fault if they don’t know the ins and outs of policy changes. And it’s never acceptable to take frustration out on a customer, especially when they’re being calm and respectful.

If you can’t keep your temper down over something that wasn’t even rude or confrontational to begin with, you probably shouldn’t be working in fast food or retail, especially not in a management position. I hope this is addressed, because this location used to be reliable, and I’d love to see it get back to that.

WORST MCDONALD'S IVE EVER BEEN TO. They take at least 20 minutes every time we come through. I suggest driving to any other McDonald's than going to this one.
