Do NOT go to this McDonald’s. Drive the few miles to Bella Vista. They are horrible. 44 minutes of waiting to o my get ice cold food. No refund offered, no letting customers know it’s going to be almost an hour for fast food, nothing. Worst service ever.

Hour wait time for 2 six piece happy meals is a little ridiculous. Probably wouldn’t happen if they actually filled the orders before clearing them from their screens. Hard to fill orders from the heat printed tickets, especially when you have several lined up on the warmers which then either get lost or warmed up and the tickets become unreadable.
All about their times, screw the quality of their food or their customer service. When you ask for a refund be prepared to be ignored or treated like you don’t matter. And better not ask if you need to go back and help them, they’ll threaten to call the cops on you and then walk away in the middle of working.

This place is getting to be a joke.never open on time and if they are guaranteed something is broke or computer is messed up.some reason you can't get what you want.the only thing good I can say is that they need a store full of peaple like the little gal who runs the drive thru.in the mornings.pretty sure today was their last chance for me.after 6 am and they still wasn't open.believe if I owned this place I'd be finding out why.

One of the worst McDonald's ever. Today I ordered breakfast through their app at 10:09, got in the drive thru at 10:15, didn't get to the speaker until 10:31 because they take forever. Got to the food window at 10:35 and they say they can't find my order nor make my order because it's past breakfast time....horrible service.

What use is a timer for the drive-thru to monitor speed of service when people are cashed out and pulled forward to be put on the back burner? You’re literally defeating the entire purpose of a timer.
Been waiting 39 min in the drive through.. 39 min waiting on 2 regular cheeseburgers and a med fry. Worst service I’ve over seen a “fast” food place. There were cars waiting all around me. Just incredible how incompetent this staff is.

This place has employees that doesn't care about the customer. We stood at the cash register forever before anyone acknowledged us. I know it was at least 10 to 15 minutes. They were not friendly, and acted as if we were bothering them. I will not go back, because it's not the first time this has happened. I do not recommend this place.
