We ordered in app. We ordered large We received medium, we ordered cheddar cups didn't get them and we ORDERED extra condiments zero, none! I never had an Arby's experience like this before but I think was my first time at this location. To top it off shake machine was down.

I believe a “Crispy” Fish Sandwich would imply that it should not be “soggy”, cold, and chewy, right? Perhaps it should actually be crispy??? And maybe hot too? Am I crazy to think that? Also, cold fries as well? I put in an online order in the future and showed up exactly on time. Absolutely gross food. I used to like Arby’s but this was terrible.

I went through the drive thru at 9:30, and it took them about 15 minutes to complete my order of two sliders and some Mozzarella sticks.
