tried their iced mocha coffee, wasnt what I expected. i had ice mocha in many coffee places and 99% of the time they all taste the same, so what could go wrong? well this place, their iced mocha, there was no hint of sweetness at all, no taste to it. did they forgot to add sometching? did I order it incorrectly? I had to go Weston and ordered another ice mocha at a different coffee shop.

Its a really cute shop. Exposed brick in and older downtown building. It was clean and loved the atmosphere. But for me only, the coffee was strong and acidic. If that doesn't bother u and you have a tough tummy, your good. My friend had no problems at all and loved it. It tasted great tho. They had a very good selection of pastries too.

Excellent stop for a light lunch. Cute and clean, friendly and fast, excellent food. We had the grilled ham with pepper jelly, cordon blu wrap, and a side of potato soup. All fresh and flavorful.

I had the Rose latte and it was delicious! I absolutely loved their cinnamon rolls too! Great location, and cute storefront! I'm definitely going again! Staff was great too!

This was our first visit as we were finding a meeting place between Liberty and St. Joe and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our drinks and food were excellent. They were very busy and we had to wait a bit for lattes, however the service was very friendly.

Not sure what's happened to this place but I came here a few times 3or4 years ago and it was amazing. Been recently twice..disappointing both visits. Something has definitely changed here. I'll pass

Friendly staff. Good smells as soon as you walk in. The smoothies are the best around.

I love this coffee shop! We stopped there on our way out of Kansas City. They make all of their own syrups! I had a latte with a pump of lavender honey syrup. It was perfect! The scones are scrumptious and the bee hive shaped lemon cake was heavenly!!! I wish I lived closer so I could go here everyday?!

Wife and I were driving down 71 looking for a snack when we found this little gem in Platte City. They had great strong coffee as we hoped. Their pastries were amazing. We had a bacon scone that had us wishing we bought more than one and a lemon beehive cake that was fresh out the oven. So good! I wish we lived closer. When we're in the area we'll be stopping in.

Though it was not on their menu, they knew what a Breve is (a latte made with half & half) and they made me a very good one.It went very well with the fresh blueberry mini buntcake.

Wonderful food and coffee. Kind environment. Wifi and plenty of "private" space for meetings and visiting. I enjoy coming here often.

Great little local restaurant in Platte City. The owner was very personable and brought something fresh he was working on for us to try. Great ma and pa place! Great staff and atmosphere. It's a must try!

Cute rustic little cafe! Love the brick walls and old wood floors. All the baked goods are on display, and look sooo good. Staff was very friendly. I had a coffee and bacon cheddar egg panini...added red pepper pesto....soooo good. Enjoyed my coffee too! Bought some to have at home. We aren't in Platte City that often, but would definitely come again! Looking forward to trying their lunch menu next time.
