No matter how good the sandwich is, when you wait over 30min for a Reuben sandwich and then have to go back to the counter to check the status of your order…..it’s not worth it. After asking on my status I was asked if I had ordered it under another name I gave the cashier. I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s, their service is efficient and their sandwiches are great.
Fetterman's is a Platte City favorite of our family. The owners are good people with strong ties to the community. Products used are fresh and high quality. Anyone that has had a bad experience needs to understand it is not the norm. Sometimes mistakes are made.
BTW their breakfast options are very good and well priced. I hate to let out the secret, but the biscuits and gravy are top notch. Get them while they last. They go fast.

The food is fabulous if you can manage to get what you ordered. Have ordered via DoorDash twice and sides were missing the first time, but my entire sandwich was missing the second. Headed to the store to pick it up myself and was presented half of a sandwich. After a little back and forth I left with my full sandwich - and it was missing half of the toppings and the bacon. Called and was met with confusion. The food can't be beat, but it's not quite worth the hassle

Usually I swing by to grab lunch as their deli sandwiches are great with boar heads meats. But they also have a variety of other items like blue bell ice cream, local kombucha, messenger coffee, and more! Highly recommend for a great local fast casual meal.
Oh and I’ve heard they have great breakfast in the morning.

The service was so bad. The cashier asked me what I wanted on my sandwich told her THREE different times on what I wanted on my sandwich and she still got it wrong. Highly disappointed. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be fixed immediately. The air Quality sucks. It’s kind of hard to breathe in there. Very unacceptable and disappointing.

We really enjoyed our Philly cheesesteaks. The staff was friendly and prepared our food promptly. We went at a time that wasn't busy. So it was very peaceful. We are already planning to go back soon.
