I don't really like mayonnaise, and it seems Jimmy John's has mayonnaise on everything. Happy to see they had some wraps on their menu. The Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Wrap and Chicken Caesar Wraps are pretty good.

Went here take out and I was very happy. Very nice young folks working here and my food came out fast and fresh. Will definitely be back. Plus the smell of bread when you walk in is always great!

Unfortunately, the location wasn’t open during normal business hours when we stopped in. The sign on the front door said they close at 8:30 with orders being cut off at 8pm, but it was not yet 8pm and the doors were locked.Changing hours based on staffing is understandable, but disappointing when you adhere to the modified hours and still aren’t served. Definitely check to see if modified hours are modified further before planning to grab a sandwich.

Just left here with no food. Please stop letting teens ruin your restaurant with no adult management/supervisors around to ensure proper operations. The lobby was closed “due to staff shortages” and the drive thru was closed for the same reason. There was at least 4-5 teens inside. I’ve literally seen 2 people run a Jimmy John’s before. The only way to get food was through an online order. I ordered online, pulled up to the window, and they told me they closed early and put everything up already. Said they had to void my order and I will get my money back in 3-5 business days. Ridiculous! This just happened 2 April 2023 on or about 8:40 pm. Check your records and you will see that this is all facts! Please just shut down if you don’t want to have a proper business in my city!

I recently had a negative experience with a girl working the drive through. The service was slow and the girl seemed disinterested in her job. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect and I had to go inside to have it fixed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I utilized the mobile order feature so that I could pick up my order at the drive thru window. I placed my order 15 minutes prior to when I arrived. I've had no issue with this at any other location. When I arrived at the drive thru to pick up my order, it wasn't ready yet. Moreover, I waited at the drive thru window for an additional 20 minutes because my order had not been started yet. Overall, this should not have taken this long. There were 2 cars behind me by the time that I had finally left. The store was not very busy inside as far as I could see. Onto the food. My order was not accurate. I ordered one sandwich and two unwiches. The sandwich was missing the sauce and one of the toppings completely. The unwiches both had very little sauce. I had indicated when placing my order that I would like napkins included and there were no napkins. I'm unlikely to visit this location in the future.

We love the convenience of this store. We've used them many times in our 4 yrs here. However, there seems to be a major mngt issue lately. Not receiving the extra meats on sandwiches as ordered. Sloppy packaging. And this is a big one for me; went thru drive-thru and the guy/kid who was working had long wavy hair past his shoulders. He wasn't wearing any type of hair restraint. Strands could be seen wafting thru the air near the sandwich table. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. Get your act together.
