Tbh I don't usually do reviews but the way the managers act here are ridiculous. This is my third bad experience here. They have no communication skills to lead their team let alone talk to customers. I had ordered on the app and as I was sitting in curbside with my kids they cancelled my order. I didn't have time to re order and the drive through line was back up to the street. I had to leave because I had to be at an appt. Assuming since they cancelled my order, I would be refunded and I was not. I am currently pregnant, and was already so hungry and so sick to my stomach that morning. So I get back in town and really needed food. I went back and talk to the manager who made excuses and told me it was messing with their times. As someone who has worked in food business and fast food, I do understand that. But to cancel someone's order as they're in the parking lot because times, that's messed up in my opinion. I told her I just wanted my food. I was being understanding, and asked if I can get my food made. They waited another 15+ mins to give me my food. Not only was it myself but I had my kids with me, which some of the food was for. As I'm waiting I hear the manager in the back complaining and laughing at me. Then I got my food and the bread for my kids sandwiches were stale and she only filled my fries up barely above the halfway mark. This was extremely disappointing and I got home feeling even more hungry and upset due to this. Especially being pregnant and my kids food being bad. Honestly if you're in Platte City, go to a different restaurant. This Mc Donald's has disappointed over and over again. I get this business is hard but there is a limit, especially when your treating your customers with that much disrespect. You take the money, but can't be respectful of your mistakes. Very disappointing.

OMG where do I begin... got us the big Mac meals. Ordered the new chiefs one. Didn't get it. The dude was maybe 17. Couldn't hear and couldn't speak loud enough. The sandwiches had so much lettuce we filled our boxes up picking it off. I sent them back cause mine was cold and his had no cheese. We got the exact same burgers back. My burger had hardly any sauce and was so sour I wiped it off and half of it went in the trash. They where stepping over happy meal boxes in the floor. Every one was like sloths.

We placed a mobile order on the road to this restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes to get it. I dont think they even started it until we clicked we had arrived at store to pick up. We came inside because we do not like to waste gasoline in drive-up. No one here wants to come to front counter. You cannot do that & expect customers to be happy. I approached the counter & asked about the status of my order number. They just ignored me & my husband. Finally, they gave us our food. We will never return. Food was hot & tastey but for high sodium, high calorie, fast food that wasnt fast at all we will not be going back. Go next door to QT. You’ll be in & out much faster & way better experience!!

Hands down the WORST McDonald’s I think I have ever been to. Sat in the drive thru lane after ordering for 20+ min then the cashier doesn’t even say my total and just swipes my card and charged me for the wrong order. The lady trying to help the girl at the window was a condescending and acted like it was my fault her store is inefficient at doing their jobs.

Slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to at all times. Doesn’t matter if I’m the only car in line I wait 10 minutes minimum.
Ordered 3 happy meals with the boo buckets. You’re out of buckets understandable, but to open the happy meals and no toys is ridiculous. I obviously got the happy meal for the toys. Fries were just thrown in the box and cold. Hamburgers were slapped together and messy. This is the first time I’ve gone to McDonald’s and been disappointed. Never again!

When you’re paid to take the food orders you should ring up what the customer wants. Never assume they want to take their order and leave. You might want to have a trash can by ALL the exit doors. The store layout is piss poor.
