Had a mobile order through the drive through, confirmed at the speaker, pay window didn't open the window so we moved forward, then the last window handed us the wrong food and the manager blamed us for not checking in at the first window. How about instead of blaming the customer how about you tell your window guy to confirm the order.

Pros: Breakfast sausage mcgriddle was good and fresh Employees were very nice Cons: Floor was so slick you just slid around. Major fall hazard Tables were dirty I don't know if it was the cleaner they used or the rrags but the seats, chairs and tabletops were greasy and slick. It wasn't just a couple of tables it was all of them. Biscuits were dry and a little hard.

/update/ I was eating a burger when something extremely hard broke my tooth in half and it was a bone fragment. Never had this issuw before :( most likely an extremely rare occurrence. But I'm still sad about my tooth and nonetheless, I put a photo of the tiny piece of bone.
/Old review/I had to change my rating from 4 stars to 1, I had a really good macchiato here for some reason a lot of McDonald's locations don't know the difference between a macchiato and a latte. I was excited, so I came again just to have the same issue I asked him if it was a macchiato they said yes even though obviously it wasn't a macchiato is separated and tastes slightly different. If it's not separated it's not a macchiato I also feel like they forget the extra shot every time. The coffee is still good, but if I pay for extra and I pay for a certain drink I would just prefer it to be correct.

I understand that places and products are gonna have bad days but this was horrible. The service was slow, The food cold and somehow burnt??? Asked for no ice in my drink yet they couldnât even get that right. On top of everything they forgot my sauce for my nuggets. I hope whatever is going on here gets fixed because they used to actually have good food. The next time I spend $23 on food hopefully itâs good food.

I donât leave reviews I worked service industry for 35 years I know there are going to be issues. I go to this McDonalds usually once a week and today I had my worst experience ever. I go to the drive through and Iâm in the outside lane. The car in front of me pulls off and leaves. I pull up and wait for someone to take my order and even say hello a few times and notice 2 cars in the other lane have had orders taken and pulled away. I left and went back around the building and pulled in the first lane drive through and my order gets taken and I notice the car was hat was behind me in the outside lane is still sitting there. So I tell the cashier that the outside lane is not being taken care of that I had to pull back around to get taken care of. I pay for my food get handed a bag and my fault I didnât check the order. I got my food and took it to my granddaughter and she opens it and tells me itâs the wrong food. We got a McDouble, Nuggets and Fries. I ordered the Ranch wrap meal large with coke to drink. So I take the food and head back to McDonalds. I go through the drive through again and tell them at the order area I got home with the wrong food and explained what was ordered and what I received. I was told to go to the first window and they would take care of it there. I pulled up to where you pay and told the person there what happened so they asked if I needed the wraps I said yes. I was told that the front would be told and to get my food at the next window. When I pulled up the girl there tried to hand me some tea and I told her that wasnât mine and she said the wrap and I said yes. I told her I would like fresh fries so I didnât take home cold fries, she closed the window partially and I heard her say now she wants fresh fries. I didnât say anything she looked in my bag and handed it to me and I started to leave. I looked in the bag and there was one wrap in the bag and no fresh fries. I walked back to the window and told her the order was still wrong that I ordered a wrap meal and that was two wraps and you gave me one and you didnât give me the fresh fries I asked for. She just kind of smiled and called someone else over. By this time I am upset. She deliberately handed me one wrap and no fries when I asked her for fresh fries. I talked to the guy who came over and told him I was supposed to have 2 wraps a wrap meal has two wraps correct and he said yes it does did you tell the cashier you wanted two wraps. I said thatâs the meal I ordered and it has two wraps. He said he was told I needed one wrap. I told him I order the ranch wrap meal and I made it home with a McDouble and nuggets no wraps so I needed another wrap and the fresh fries I asked for and didnât get. He said he would make it right and did but the young lady just kept on smiling like she thought it was all funny. I was not mad until I had to go back and have my order corrected a second time. I know these young kids put up with a lot of crap from people and I always try and be nice. I never yelled or cursed tonight but I let it be known I was not happy with my service. Giving fresh fries so you have fresh food when you get home should have been a given. I didnât need a fresh drink just the hot food so it was hot for my granddaughter to eat
If youâre in a hurry, go some where else. I have to wait 10+ mins when ever I come here. Otherwise, food is good most of the time

I had a nice young man wait on me, it was his first day. I am from out of town, I asked for biscuits and gravy. He went and asked a co-worker who replied, â we havenât had biscuits and gravy since 2020â including the sarcasm. He came back, I told him I appreciated him and was sorry he didnât have any help. Then left. Being on a busy interstate highway the staff should be cognizant that a majority of customers are travelers. There are so many other places to spend money. I wonât be back here and will tell my family not to co E to this McDonalds
