It was 9:42 when I called them. I asked them if they would still deliver pizza To my hotel, I had just arrived at they said yes my flight got in late. I ordered a pizza and it never showed up. I hadn’t eaten anything all day. If they couldn’t do it, all they had to do is tell me, but it’s been over a half hour since they were going to be here. What a horrible way to do business.

This location has really gone downhill. Our order was wrong and we just didn’t have the energy to go back to have it corrected. The quality was subpar at best. Truly unfortunate and a major waste of money.

I order lunch from here once or twice a month. Staff are always polite and friendly. I like the box with a personal pizza and wings. Last two times I ordered it I have been disappointed. It used to have four wings. Now I'm getting popcorn chicken.

Honestly we've never been disappointed when getting a pizza from this location but tonight we stopped by and they were slammed but even with a rush going on the pizza that received was hot fresh and tasted/looked amazing! Definitely a good crew!!

I go to this pizza hut fairly regularly and I always have had the most amazing service and tonight they really went over the top to take care of me. I'm truly grateful for the manager and the service they provide to make sure every person is taken care of.

The quality of what you are paying for is not there anymore. The absolute minimum amount of toppings you can possibly put on a pizza. I'm done, we will go to Casey's from now on. This reminds me of what you would be served in school.

Food was average for pizza hut. Prices depend on location. Delivery driver was happy, polite, on time and delivered right to my truck at the truck stop which was awesome. Ordered online which worked out just fine.
Only draw back was the pasta deal I ordered came in only the pans they're cooked in, no lids. Just set in a regular large pizza box along with the bread sticks. Not sure if it could work out logistically another way or not. Plastic containers would probably melt I imagine. But still, it all was plenty tasty. Just a little dried out when I reheated it later.

Can’t believe I’m giving Pizza Hut 5 stars. But for $50 I got what would have been $100 at a “sit down” place. And by golly, they must have changed recipes because it was some of the best pizza I’ve had in years.

Made an online order, waited an hour and a half and it never showed up. Called to find out it was canceled. Thanks for calling to let me know. Also during the process of trying to figure out why it was canceled, I was hung up on 3 times. Bad customer service.
