I literally just witnessed a Karen to say the least , this chick sent hee kid in to get her stuff . He paid for the wrong order . Apparently hers didn't come threw she instantly trys to snap a attitude an jump down the employees throat for the app not working correctly... she got her refund an stomped out after being rude as she could... it's 930 at night they close in 30 minutes.. he offered to make her meal an she just shook her head .... I'm like wow this is what a Karen looks like ... the employee handled the situation with ease..... cause I would of lost it if someone acted that way at the end of my night...

I’m leaving a review about the amazing customer service. We were visiting Platte city last weekend for our son’s robotic competition, I ordered on the app for pizza to be delivered to the middle school. After ordering I was informed that they did not have a delivery driver at that time. I opted for just going to get the pizza myself. The man working apologized multiple times for the inconvenience, he threw in free soda, sauces and a Parmesan shaker. The pizza was delicious.

I just ordered a stuffed crust hamburger pizza get it home it has pepperoni also that's easy to pick off but the pizza was so dry and nasty hardly any sauce at all very disappointing

Ordered a medium pizza and 18 wings for family and got home short on wings . Will call tomorrow to get reimbursed but this happens quite a bit .

What can you say? The Hut's the Hut!The team there is ALWAYS crazy busy and a lot to put up with when we customers get cranky about a messed up order. But these guys will make things right. Thanks, guys!

It is unfortunate that the pizza has gotten so bad that I can no longer eat Pizza Hut. The bottom of the pizza is not cooked fully. This has been happening consistently for some time. On top of that the pizza literally has no flavor anymore. I can't believe how bad it is.
