not sure whats going on but as a ‘recently former employee’ of this pizza shoppe i would like to give a personal shoutout to this place. most of the ppl here are chill and the front staff really do care about the customers and Platte City! great place to bring your family!
Breadsticks are amazing. I usually love the pizza, but today the crust seemed like it was day old and the sauce was more acidic than usual. Great toppings and great,friendly service.
This location has changed their crust. It is no longer thin and crispy, but some sort of chewy and tough. When asked, we were just met with shoulder shrugs. Management did apologize and we did receive 20% off the order. We ate at a different Pizza Shoppe this past week and it's still delicious. Not sure what's going on at the Platte City location but we will skip it the next time we are in town.
