This is the Sonic in Platte City and the quality of the food is much better than the one on N Oak. The Sonic triple much better taste, and most importantly, the onion rings have been consistently perfect, nice, crunchy, and not under cooked. Keep up the great job! Thank you

Waited 30 min for the wrong order and food was tossed and crammed into the bag. Do something right. If you a going to be slow be correct. If you can't staff it then close down. People should not pay good money for bad garbage.

Just ordered a RT drink through the app and had to wait almost 20 minutes while watching other people who came after us (meaning they checked in after us!) get shit tons of food and drinks to them but we can’t get one drink? Ridiculous. Had to ask 2 times for the drink. First one the lady was really rude and then said they were super busy…there was less than 5 people there at the time and probably 5 to go orders…We literally were pulling out to leave when they finally brought the drink. Honestly worst experience to date…

Food and drinks were great, they forgot our 4 corn dogs. The lady at the drive through window did not believe how on corn dog day they could forget them. Asked to looked inside the bag and when we showed her she still didn’t believe it. Stormed off and returned with 4 additional corn dogs rudely and made us feel like we were the thief’s!

A good place to stop for a fast bite. Nice juicy burgers. There is a goid veriety, coney dogs,chicken, pretzel , fries , onion rings, tater tots with chilli& cheese. Not to mention ice cream cones shakes slushy's and much more.
Been twice now and both twice the gal at the window has been super rude. I was told at window we couldn’t add anything to our order cause she has everything already done when we weren’t even changing the order just adding more. Then she had major issues with us asking for ketchup and sauce. Shame that this is the only one in Platte City being my family like sonic. But I would recommended trying other places unless. Gal was super rude

Stopped here for a quick bite, the fries were 2.29, soggy and got maybe 15 ff, had a grilled cheese and I think they actually used spray cheese, needless to say, I'll never go to Sonic again

I usually order online and then pick it up. The staff is always smiling and very friendly. I've never had a problem with this Sonic before. They're amazing! The only thing I don't like is that the app will show things differently than they get the order for in store. That's super annoying at times because you have to use the app if you want specific discounts like half price shakes.
