We order a couple slushes in the app and the guy who take the order to our car was really fast and even help us to throw our trash in the trash can and it was very respectful, that was the best experience in a sonic, that’s the best example of customer service

They could not get our order right. They got the order of what had been left out. We waited forever, finally brought it out, we paid and my husband and I were upset so we left. Got home and everything was screwed up. Paid 50.00 and two things were right. Never there again.

Pulled up to the personal order spots and pressed the button, waited, tried again, but no one ever responded. So we finally went through the drive through. Food was fresh and correct. Might put a sign up or message if you aren't going to use the personal order locations!!

Had purchased a fundraiser coupon that I tried using. The coupons did not take off correctly, I was told over and over by proclaimed managers that the computer does their math. I repeated my addition of my four items 3 times, and again was told they don't do math the computer does it. I did not want to pay double the price and gave back the food. When the manager refunded the items the receipt read the correct price that should have been charged originally, but again was charged double what I should of paid. Called corporate with situation and have been told the store manager would call me in 48 hours two times now an plus have called direct to the store with no answer or call back.

I can understand if you are closed due to weather but you need to come out and say something especially if we have already placed an order and payed for it. We sat for almost half an hour waiting on three drinks that we ordered ahead of time and still never got our drinks. This isn’t our first complication with this sonic. This was just the final straw for us.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal thru drive thru. Got to work to eat, chicken patty was literally 2x2 in, not crispy at all and looks disgusting. Tasted old. I will not go back, last time I went there ordered pork tenderloin, it was as limp as a wet noodle. Not going to return. SONIC MANAGER, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Diet Dr. Pepper was flat12/2/2023Since when did Sonic stop making shakes? That's what the employee told my husband.... who wants ice cream put through a blender? That's not a shake. Thought we'd give it a try.... NOPE! Tastes like malted ice cream! You would think they would have lowered their price.Just order ice cream.... at least the blender won't melt it & you'll probably save money.....definitely save time & disappointment!

They've got some cool, kind people people working at this sonic. The drinks are great. The food could use some improvement though.
I visit this location quite frequently and have not had many issues. However, this evening and the past time I’ve been, we went through the drive through, ordered 1-2 medium blasts and a medium shake. The shake was overflowing out of the cup, while the blasts were missing about and inch from the top of the cup. For how expensive their blasts are, a filled product would be preferred rather than missing an inch of skimped out ice cream.Now we do add extra inclusions, but this would not prompt for taking out product, right? I just want to feel like I’m getting my money’s worth of product.

Ordered two breakfast burritos, one with sausage, the other with bacon. They didn't put any meat in either. Literally, I counted 2 small sausages in one, and one small strip of bacon in the other. Plus, the tater tots were refried. This is the cheapest sonic in the state, if not the world. Avoid this one. It sucks when a franchise owner ruins a restaurant.

This Sonic can only be for drinks. I just had the worst plain cheese burger of my life and my tots are stale. Please step up your food quality. Bun was hard meat even warmed up cheese wasn't even a bit melted.

We ordered the whole family food and ice cream. The sonic blasts we received were half filled and we were missing corn dogs. Also missing cheese for the pretzel.
