The cashier was rude when it came to fixing my burnt sand grit coffee after 2 horrible excuses for coffee where presented to me I just got a refund that was the worst coffee I have ever had touch my lips gave hints of poor machine maintenance with a crisp burnt coffee flavor

I order here every day when I'm in town for work. Today heard the barista complaing about my order to a customer about how weird it is. Doesn't matter how weird you think it is, it's how I like it. I felt embarrassed to get the coffee I paid for.

Got a birthday coffee this morning only a drink a watered down “coffee”. Extremely disappointed with the drink & the attitude the staff had. If only you put the same effort into my drink as your attitude I wouldn’t be writing this. Yay $7 water!!

I order online for pickup OFTEN and usually my drink is top tier. I’m not sure what has happened but these last three orders have been absolutely garbage. It’s unfortunate because I’m not a fan of PJ’s and we are extremely limited on our choices here in Platte City.
