The Platte City, Mo location inside Price Chopper is never open! They are supposed to open at 7. I’ve gone in there twice now, not open! 8:37 am on Sunday closed! 7:30 am on a Thursday closed! Get it together Starbucks, change the hours or close!
Update: Found a dead bug smashed against the inside of my venti this morning after I’d been drinking it. Never going back now.They only have one person working most mornings- takes 20 minutes just to order and another 10 to make. Went in today at 9:15 and said they were closed until 10 am for a break.

The young lady working at the cashier doesn’t know that a Venti Iced Americano is 4 shots, she insisted it’s 3 shots, even when I told her I’ve been getting this drink for more than 10 years.
