Didn't go inside so I can't rate that... but the drive thru was quick and fast!

I don't work for Taco Bell but short of making my own food there I felt like I was working for Taco Bell. I feel like when you walk into a restaurant even if it is fast food you should be greeted by somebody that works there. The only time I ever saw an employee was when they brought my food out.

Visited with a band group of 90+ kids. Not all went to this restaurant, but coupled with their drive-thru orders coming in at the same time, service was a bit slow. Orders did appear accurate, even for our Vegan student that ordered beans instead of meat on her tacos. All in all, a good stop on the road.

Can’t rate the food because they didn’t even attempt to make it. Waited for 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started on our food. Then staff got an attitude when we asked for a refund. Do not recommend. Go to any other establishment before choosing this one. 👎

Ordered a crunch wrap and it barely had any meat on it. Mostly lettuce and cheese sause.😡

Pretty good TB for most part. I like vegetarian mex pizza, black bean wrap supreme and bean/cheese burrito. I do eat dairy.

The lady working in the drive-through needs to learn some patience , she kept telling me next time, don’t place my order in the drive-through Like that’s not where you order food.. You would think she gets paid by the burrito and not the hour. just remember, I don’t like tomatoes on my tacos
Ordered online. Hard Taco was broken to the point it couldn't be picked up to eat. The bean and cheese Burrito had no cheese n no sauce. Overall the food was not great 😕 the window lady handed out our drinks and then was taking orders on headset and never spoke another word to us just handed out our food n closed window. Definitely not friendly service. Im not rating atmosphere because we didn't go inside.

It's Taco Bell, so, yeah. But if I don't want to use the self-order kiosk, I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes for the kid making food to 'find' someone to take my order.
