Dude with the dark hair and pony tail in the drive-thru needs to re-evaluate his attitude when speaking to customers. He chuckled when I said I didn’t need a drink like it was funny and was short and rude on the intercom. Around 12:35pm second window. 09-24-24.

The food has been great lately. Service is usually pretty good. I strongly recommend this Taco Bell as one of the best in the area.
Ordered at the drive thru, got no greeting, Ordered the luxe box, advised cost, went to window, no greeting just advised again of cost, handed the young man 10dollars and also told him I had the 2cents since it was 7.77...he proceeded hand back 2.23, which I replied take the 3cents back and give me a nickel since I fave him 2cents...another girl employee, said we'll the register is closed and it doesn’t open by magic (very sarcastically) once I handed 3cents back got the nickel and my food..I replied thank you have a nice evening, the 2 employees said nothing back...the first time I have been treated very rudely. Didn't ask if I wanted sauce and when I opened the back no napkins. Very terrible service, so won't be going back anytime soon.
Ordered 6 items. 2 were not given to me, and 2 were prepared correctly (meat added to a veggie item and paid for a Supreme but was not prepared as such). Didn't realize until I made it home how messed up the order was. Please take 10 seconds to double check peoples orders, especially for drive through that aren't eating in store. I will not eat here again as there are other options right around that area that do not regularly mess up my orders.

Yall keep forgetting parts of my order.. staff taking orders sounds inconvenienced. Food is worse than other taco bells. This tacobell used to be my favorite in the area.

Not one time have they ever done what I asked. Double grill my quesadilla. It's literally 17 more seconds. 34 seconds total and they never do. My taco was falling out of the wrapper because they barely wrapped it and the chips I got were basically just dumped in the bag. Do better.
