I've never had a problem going here. The food is always hot and fresh as Taco Bell can be. The employees are nice and friendly.
I would put no stars if that was an option, but unfortunately i can’t. Made me pay 25$ for a 12$ order because the kid didn’t know how to use apple pay at the window. Just upset that I never got a refund or any type or reimbursement. Manager had some attitude too and didn’t help the situation like a manager should. Please fix this, thank you.

I like going to this tacobell, I'll park my truck at the QT and walk over. I also like ordering at the kiosk it makes it easier to order and customize my food. The people are always friendly to me. This is why I keep coming back.Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has really done well for the vegetarian if you are vegetarian on the menu you can push a button and it will show vegetarian friendly options I have never tried it but I noticed it on the menuParking: There seems to be plenty of parking spaces and ride across the Street is a QT we're all my fellow truckers can park while walking over to get something to eat at Taco Bell

Having worked at this location for almost 4 years I can be absolutely certain when I say go to literally any other taco bell, you're better off. This place specifically will skirt food safety in the attempt to keep themselves off of the bottom of the store leader board, as well as they WILL screw up your order, They WILL be impolite at the window, they WILL not apologize for any of it.If you order a late night taco it'll be made with half heated meat by opening a bag of beef (yes it comes in bags) and then proceed to pour half of enough beef into a metal holding dish then stick that dish in the hot frying oil, that they never change, I know this because I have seen it... They will then proceed to throw the scolding hot pan into an empty dishwasher basin and not tell the dishwasher that specific dish has hot oil on the side of it. There is literally a ritual in this location called the First Burn, they will let you get burned, then complain if you leave to go to the emergency room, because you didn't want to wait 45 minutes to have HR yell at you about burning yourself.DRG Foods is hell, every single person who works... Know that youre worth a whole hell of a lot more than whatever they are offering you.I will not take this review down under ANY circumstances.

The service was excellent, especially for 10pm on a Saturday. My food was made correctly (I order no cheese and sometimes that gets messed up.) and it was adequate. You know.. it's taco bell, not a street corner taco shop, so it was just okay.Service left an impression, though, so here I am writing a review.Dietary restrictions: I can't consume dairy. This place made my food to order and got it right. Sometimes people miss things when it's busy, or whatnot, especially with a complicated order.

We went there for breakfast this am. Stood at the counter for 10 min- no service-we could see them- they could see us. We finally ask for service and the drive thru lady came up and said just a few. Then one of the ladies fixing food told us that we would have to order from the kiosk after they left us standing that long and was very rude. We wanted to use cash- didn't matter. We just left and went somewhere else. Ridiculous! No-one seems to care anymore- Covid excuses are old! I have worked with the public all my life and there's just no excuse for terrible attitudes. I realize that times are changing and good help is hard to find- also many employers take advantage or have poor working conditions but overall things seem to he headed in the wrong direction!
I have never seen a worse group of employees, they are slow, lazy and nothing but rude and the manager does nothing but let them walk all over them. they take over 20 minutes for a simple order and still get it wrong. also the workers are loud and abrasive as if customers cant hear them. this place is a

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life. They put my gorditas in the bag upside down, toppings fell out. The crunchwrap supreme had less filling than the pictured taco. The taco shells were pre-broken for us also. I will not be going to that Taco Bell any more.
