This is the worst Wendy's around. Food is awful and they never get the order right. Management is rude and he let's these young kids run there mouth and talk bad to customers. A car of young girls sitting in drive through flirting with the 3 young boys and people are getting out of drive thru and pulling off. Manager claims problem with drive thru is because he is training (he was training the front counter). Needless to say lots of lost business in the 20 minutes I sat there. This place needs to be closed down or get all new workers that can provide a decent service with a respectful manager that knows how to manage a fast food restaurant.

Stopped in for dinner. Tried to go to the counter and pay because the kiosks don’t take cash. The worker told us we would have to go through the drive thru if we wanted to pay with cash. We said why?? We want to dine in because we have a small child and don’t prefer to eat in our vehicle. She said oh cause we’re short staffed. Made no sense that they could take cash at a cash register literally feet away from her from a drive thru window but couldn’t take our order and allow us to pay cash as we dine in.

I will not ever be returning to this location despite the convenience of location. Staff was rude, lacks basic customer service skills. They gave fries that were so old they were brown thru and thru. The fact that I only ordered fries and nothing else it’s not good to hand that out. When I went up to the counter and asked if I could please have some fresh fries there was no of course. Yes I’m sorry. Let me get that for you. Absolutely nothing. Just grab the bag. Dumped it and went to go get fries no conversation with me. They were almost mad that I was even there as a customer and trying to get food. I don’t know how they expect to keep a job if they don’t have customers. Even the manager that was working that shift yesterday morning didn’t care about a damn thing going on. They just wanted to be silly and be amongst them selves and not care about any customers. The place also smells like crap and is extremely dirty. Given that reason alone I might not have returned based on the cleanliness but the service and the food quality. It was just a no-brainer that this is not a place that any family should be eating.
Look it's Wendy's. I've talked about Wendy's before. Hands down best spicy chicken sandwich and that includes Popeyes. But what I want to highlight here is the service. This Wendy's in Platt City MO had the nicest workers. They kept apologizing for the wait and upgraded our drinks for free but folks there was no wait. They were quick and the food was great.
