It is unfortunate that the pizza has gotten so bad that I can no longer eat Pizza Hut. The bottom of the pizza is not cooked fully. This has been happening consistently for some time. On top of that the pizza literally has no flavor anymore. I can't believe how bad it is.

Pizza is always delivered hot and 98% of the time the order is correct. The crust flavors are a bonus. I think the one thing that we wish we could change is how greasy the pepperoni pizza is. Other than that, this Pizza Hut is one of the better ones we have ordered from over the years. We always use the online ordering app and it seems to work smoothly and deliver in about 30-40 min.

I messed up in placing an Internet ordrr. The staff of this establishment broke from the normal "customer service" attitude that you find in most restaurants and insisted on fixing my blunder without delay, or cost to me.

There a bunch of options for pizza in Platte City (Pizza Shoppe, Zepi's (inside Price Chopper), Casey's), but I prefer this Pizza Hut. I've never had an incorrect order and I've also never had to wait too long for delivery. I've also had the best luck with delivery drivers. They have a couple regular drivers and they are really friendly. I always order online because it is just really easy and you can find a lot of great online-only coupons. Occasionally, I will find online that it says delivery is not an option (but it really always is), so I just place the order for pick-up so that I can still use the online coupons and then give them a call and they can switch it to be delivered. Pan crust is definitely my favorite, but we usually order a thin crust for the husband. I do really like their wings, but I pass on the cinnisticks. If you ask for garlic dipping sauce they will add that in as well. Consistently great service!

I order from here often because my kids LOVE the stuffed crust pizza! I get the thin crust supreme - not too bad! They have a military discount and I have never had a problem or bad service!!!
