I don’t think there are enough words in the English language (or any language) to fully capture the magic that is Gabby at Pizza Hut. But I will try. Because people need to know. The world deserves to know.
From the moment you walk through the doors, something feels different. There’s a sense of warmth in the air — not just from the ovens, but from Gabby’s radiant smile and energy. She’s the kind of person who doesn’t just take your order — she welcomes you like family. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time, she treats you like she’s been waiting all day just to make your visit perfect. And she delivers (pun absolutely intended).
Her attention to detail? Unmatched. Your pizza will be made exactly how you want it — no shortcuts, no excuses. Crust crispy but not burnt? Done. Extra cheese in the perfect ratio to the sauce? Say no more. A topping combination that sounds a little weird but you’re curious to try? Gabby’s on board, excited for the culinary adventure. She approaches her job with the precision of a chef and the heart of an artist. You can taste the pride she puts into every slice.
And let’s talk customer service. Gabby doesn’t do customer service — she transcends it. She turns a typical food run into a highlight of your week. So idk if it’s just me but the last two times I’ve been into this location I’ve had horrible experience first time lady was super rude and wouldn’t give me extra sauce that comes with the cheesy bite pizza now today may 13 2025 I get a cheesy bite pizza and it’s burnt and hard as a rock looks more like a thin crust and the lady forgot both sauces this time I had to go back up there.. guess I’ll start going to Lathrop

The manager is incredibly rude. To her staff as well as customers. I felt sorry for them at how rude she was. Do better. I've lived here my whole life and this is literally the worst woman that has ran this pizza hut.

Order was wrong and late. ordered at 5pm, after screw up was fixed it was 2 hours later. Staff poorly trained or don't care.

I would eat here all the time, but they don't honor the national advertised Pizza Hut deals. So I'll drive a few extra minutes to save some dough. 🚗 🍕 💸

Burned bread sticks, hard boneless wings, cold cursing super loudly in the back where everyone could hear. People before me waiting 30+ mins for a 15 min order. All kids working. Maybe 1 adultish making pizzas.

Horrible service. Ordered pizza and was told 2 1/2 hours before delivery. Then when I called because they was a half an hour late was told the store was closed. I asked where was my pizza. He said uhh if he was still out delivering then it should be there in 10 more minutes. I asked if he wasn't will there be someone there to answer phone. He said uhh if someone was there. When I finally got the pizza they was stone cold. Horrible Horrible service . Also order was wrong.
Pizza was undercooked, toppings weren't correct, and it took well over an hour for delivery. Not particularly upset about delivery time. This has now been the second time I've recently ordered and either the order has been incorrect or paid for product has been missing. Think it's time they cleaned house. Have used this location for almost a decade and have not had such consistently poor quality and service.

We ordered a pizza and this was what we got after waiting 2 hours… I respectfully waiting and called the next day to discuss a refund. The manager told me she added $45 onto my app, it never showed up. We live close so when it wasn’t showing up I ran down there and she was EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY RUDE and huffed in my face while rolling her eyes. Sad to have a manager who treats customers that way.
