Rachael was absolutely phenomenal. I placed a couple different orders due to split payments, which as a fast food manager I understand is frustrating. When I came in she was so kind to me despite that. She was also super busy with a bunch of other online and in store orders, but she still kept the atmosphere very warm. She is an amazing worker and deserves the praise!!

I told my Mimi that this was the best sandwich that I had ever ate. I had number 20 the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. AND OH MY GOSH that was the best sandwich I had ever tasted just add pickles that's what I did. And my oh my! SO GOOD👍👍 highly recommend

The older heavy set lady with the glasses and short hair was so extremely rude. My 16 year old was with me and I was helping him order his sandwich (he got confused on the mozzarella cheese thought he thought it would be slices) and she thought it would be a good time to tell me that her father married a lady who took care of everything for him and she died and he didn't even know what he liked on his sandwich. I must of had some look on my face because she then tells me that she's not telling me how to raise my kid just giving parental advice! For this she then offered me some FREE cookies! Will not ever go back here again.....

Stood there for 20 min. only to have the slowest "sandwich artist" in the world tell us she didn't have enough bread for our order with no apology. She then took some crackers another customer didn't eat and returned and put them with the others. Unfriendly, unsanitary and unacceptable!
