Sugar Whipped Bakery made our wedding cake and it was absolutely perfect! Melissa took what I had in mind and created a cake with elegance and beauty. Communication prior to the event was seamless and every detail was thought through. I can’t recommend Sugar Whipped enough!
Sweet surprise! I wasn’t looking for this place. I was passing through Plattsburg and drove through the square and was looking at all the small business, mom and pop shops (the square and downtown Plattsburg is for another review!) and saw this bakery.
This place is incredible. The best word I can come up with to describe it is “charming”. The owners clearly are very artistic and creativ (to see them able to express that in baking is remarkable).

I’ve worked with Melissa multiple occasions in the wedding industry. Her work and attention to detail is top tier. Great communication, easy to work with. Aside from beautiful work, the wedding cakes and cupcakes are DELICIOUS!!
