The restaurant needs a serious cleaning and make over. The food was ok, it could be better.

Went for the first time with my husband for brunch. Our server was spectacular and helped us decide on pie flavors. Those are not to be missed! We got a slice of pecan and chocolate peanut butter. The portions were sizeable, homemade and soooo delicious!! The breakfast items were also scrumptious, the coffee fresh and hot, and the biscuits and gravy are made from scratch and oh-so good. We left very full and are looking forward to our next trip to Pleasant Hill to try their lunch items, and of course more pie.

Good country fair food. Waitress was attentive, kept our coffee full. Price was fair for the amount of food given and it was tasty to boot. Would go again for sure .

Waited over 30 minutes for the lunch special without being asked if I needed a refill or being associated that my food is on the way and I didn't appreciate it.
Substandard service in a place full of substandard people was the waste of time that I had.

I've only ever been here for breakfast, but it's always reliable for great service, good food, and very reasonable prices. It's in a small town and has the small town feel.

My Dad and I had lunch there today, and we both ordered the turkey open face sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. It was not good. The turkey was dry, tough, and stringy, like it had been sitting out, or maybe it had freezer burn from being frozen for a long time. And it wasn't turkey slices, it was leftover bits and chunks, like the stuff you scrap after Thanksgiving. The mashed potatoes were something out of a box, bland and tasteless, and the gravy had a slightly weird smell to it, again, something from a powdered mix. I was starving so I ate it, but I spent the afternoon waiting for food poisoning to set in, but it's been over 6 hours, so hopefully I'm in the clear. Would not go there again. It's definitely not 'home cooking'. One plus, the waitress was personable.

Saturday morning 9:00 just now eating at 10:30 after Way Too long wait. Food was old. You could taste it. Hash browns couldn’t even chew from being on the grill too long. Not worth the wait.
The biscuits and gravy were delicious. ?

First time here they forgot us….not busy people came in after us got their food…40 minutes
A couple hamburgers and fries….holy cow stumped the chef. Think he was mad since he kept pimping the specials, wasnt interested…Second time no dinner rolls with the meal. Ask and never received in spite of supposedly being included….no biggie
Food was not bad honestly…burger was good eventually. No three strikes for me…done
